Step through the door of this sixth-floor condo and find your eyes instantly drawn to the spectacular views of the Gulf and the adjacent beach! Here you'll find everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a well-equipped, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining tables, and a comfortable living area with a cable-equipped, TV. You'll also enjoy access to Phoenix III's many shared amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness room, dry sauna, picnic area, and lighted tennis courts!

Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo with a view!!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I!! The balcony was perfect with a wonderful view of the ocean!! It was nice to be on the beach and be able to walk down to beach and come back up when you wanted! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need will need!
