About this property
Pretty family house Nara - perfect location to discover the island
The pretty newly renovated house Nara for 4 people with sun loungers is located in a small peaceful village - Belej on Cres Island. Because of the location you can perfectly discover the island and the beaches from there.
Koromacno beach is only 1 km from the house and can be reached by car. The beach has crystal clear water because of the underwater water sources.
House Nara has cozy space for 4 people in the two bedrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor are the new kitchen, living room / dining room and modern bathroom.
We have all furniture made by real Holtz, and everything is customized for this house. We did the renovation with love and hope that our guests will enjoy it too.
In front of the house is a terrace with a dining table and grill, where you can spend nice time with family or friends.
There is free parking behind the house.
Since this year we also have internet connection in our house.
Cres is a beautiful island very close to Istria and the Kvarner coast, so it is easily accessible by car. The island offers beautiful views, hidden and quiet beaches, crystal clear sea and typical local cuisine.
The village of Belej is a peaceful little place located 10 km from the city of Osor and 20 km from the city of Cres.
The wonderful village of Lubenice and its spectacular St. Ivan are 25 km from the house.
Two ferry lines connect the island to the coast. One goes from Istria (Brestova) to Cres (Porozine). The other connects the island of Krk (Valbiska) with Cres (Merag). The island of Krk can be reached by a bridge from The Coast.
The trips go regularly, 10 times a day.
If you are a larger group that needs accommodation for 8 people, you can both rent our houses that are next to each other.
We also run a family restaurant in the city of Cres, and would be happy if our guests visit us there.

Hübsches Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist wirklich liebevoll renoviert und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben im Vorfeld alle wichtigen Informationen zur Anreise, Lage etc. erhalten. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert und es wurde uns alles erklärt...wie die Klimaanlage funktioniert, wie man an den Hausstrand kommt, wie die Wäsche gewechselt wird, etc.
Die Betten sind sauber und bequem, das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei, und die Kinder haben sich über die deutschen Programme im TV gefreut nach der Rückkehr vom Strand.
Leider hat der Herd nur 2 Elektroplatten, die beiden Gasplatten sind nicht angeschlossen, da es im Haus keinen Gasanschluss gibt. Etwas gestört hat uns auch der Schimmelgeruch in der Abstellkammer neben dem Esstisch.

Casa ristrutturata con molto gusto. Posizione tranquilla al centro dell'isola, dunque comodissima per visitare tutte le spiagge (una bellissima è a pochi metri dalla casa). Vacanza indimenticabile. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.

Cres-Belej
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Sommerwochen in Belej genossen.
Bei 35 Grad waren wir sehr froh über die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der kleine Kies-Strand ist 2,5 km vom Haus entfernt und war bei der großen Hitze mittags nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Morgens und abends war es ein netter Spaziergang.
Das Haus und die Ausstattung haben uns gefallen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Alles Wunderbar
Wir hatten eine prima Woche in diesem schönen kleinen Häuschen. Es ist fast nagelneu und war absolut sauber. Zentral gelegen, ein toller "Hausstrand" den Hügel runter, Spanferkel gleich um die Ecke ...
Die Vermieter Sanja und Sanjin waren sehr freundlich und bewirteten uns auch in ihrem Restaurant in Cres bestens. Wer keinen Trubel braucht, der ist hier richtig.

Die Unterkunft ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Haus direkt im Zentrum der Cres Insel. Alles hat gepasst. Vielen Dank an Sanja auch für die rasche Buchungsbestätigung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung und perfekte Ausstattung! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen
Das Haus war sauber und neu, die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss wirklich schön.
Die Beschreibungen des Hauses und der Umgebung passen genau.
Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Lässt man die Schlafzimmertüren offen, so werden diese nach einiger Zeit auch gekühlt, sodass man gut schlafen kann.
Die Terrasse mit dem Grill, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben, hat meinem Mann besonders gut gefallen.
Im Ort befindet sich ein nettes Restaurant. Außerdem gibt es ein paar schöne Buchten, die in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind.
Absolutes Highlight ist sicherlich das glasklares Meer und die Strande - Lubenice und Martinscica.
Fazit: Wir haben dort zwei sehr entspannte und erholsame Wochen verbracht und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!
