Stay was clean, room updated from the pictures - made the stay extra nice.
Host was easy to contact and quick to assist.
I would do this again, cant beat the two bedrooms!
Property owner was easy to get in touch with. The staff at the property was good, but very few restaurants were accessible due to staffing issues due to covid, hard to get reservations., and many closed early or opened late and closed early. loved the free shuttle to and from the resort. spa was not operating fully because of covid restrictions. loved that it was so close to the lifts, but very pricey for the accomodations. we were grateful to find something as we booked late, but with all the covid issues with staffing, we didn't get the service we should have gotten for the money we spent. they didn't come in to clean the room at all - the entire all week , we waited 24 hours for clean towels and coffee pods, paper towels , & a new garbage bag. dishwasher wasnt working properly , they came in and replaced the dishwasher with a new one, but it still didn't clean the dishes properly, may have been the detergent they supply, I had to hand wash everything to get food etc off of them all - so maybe bring your own pods. but not even sure the hot water was hooked up to it. it was great to have a washer dryer also, but again, wish I would have brought my own detergent. great location, but make sure you make dinner reservations months ahead of time, we tried two months before we arrived, but could only get into two places. the burger bar in the resort was opening at 11;30 and closed at 8 pm, so we had to go to grocery store and buy breakfast items. this again was covid related, but wish the resort would have told us that before arrival. when we checked in the girl at the front desk said that place was open until 11;30 pm, we didn't eat dinner the first night we arrived, had to munch on snacks we had in our luggage. We loved the ambiance of the gas fireplace , beds and LR furniture were very comfy, we had the attached room also so we were able to spend a lot of family time together with our 3 adult children ages 19, 22, 24. had two full baths which was very helpful. Slippers and robes were helpful and comfy also.
