Apartment 50m from lake Garda in Toscolano-Maderno. Mediterranean Climate and vegetation. Ancient summer place of Romans vacations (Catullo thermals at Sirmione 30km). In Toscolano you find Romans archaeological sites. Near the apartment you have 3km of walkway along the lake and Mediterranean park. Organised and free beaches at a distance of 100m. Ferry and boat tours. Near to the centre you find two supermarkets and facilities. At 1km the Bogliaco. Golf with 18 golf-holes.A Valley at 500m with archeology paper museum (13th cent). A fishing river, ideal for sport, jogging and picnics. A surfing center at 12 km in Campione of Garda. The 'Vittoriale' museum of Dannunzio poèt, 4km in Gardone. Wonderful week

We stayed in Victor and Nicola's gorgeous apartment for a week last July. We had had 5 days in Venice, 4 in Verona so a 'chill out' was needed. The apartment was everything we hoped for. Spacious and well equipped. We loved relaxing and eating out on the terrace. The views from the bedroom balcony fabulous and we had the pool to ourselves every afternoon. Plus points- easy, secure parking, a short stroll to the supermarket, town centre (for restaurants, boats etc) just a lakeside stroll away.....and a fab market each week. A good base if you have a car but near enough to the ferry stop for exploring the lake if you haven't. Victor and Nicola really went 'the extra mile' to make our stay special with welcoming wine and a huge selection of fruit ( I loved the cherries!). Can't wait to go back. This was our 3rd visit to Lake Garda and there's still lots to discover.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Anlage, nur wenige Schritte vom Gardasee entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und überrascht mit einigen Kleinigkeiten.Besten Dank nochmals an Vittorio und seiner Frau für die Gastfreundschaft.

Urlaub Ende März

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich mit dem Vermieter -ist mittlerweile eine Seltenheit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, ein paar Gehminuten zur Promenade und auch zum nächsten Einkaufsmarkt. Der große Balkon ist wie ein verlängertes Wohnzimmer mit Abendsonne. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein

Entspannte Tage

Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich begrüßt. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein schöner großer und überdachter Balkon lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Wir wurden empfangen mit einem kalten Bier und Prosecco im Kühlschrank. Butter, Marmelade, Toast, ein Saft und Kaffe war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider war der Pool noch nicht in Betrieb, das war schade. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern noch länger geblieben. Wenn wir nochmal zum Gardasee fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder. Schöne Wohnung in Maderno

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - ein paar Meter zum See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für das Auto gibt es im Innenhof einen separaten Parkplatz. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich (was nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist) mit einer kurzen Einweisung und Infos. Alles super toll! Riesen Obstkorb, Kaffee, Getränke, einfach alles vorhanden, super sauber. Einfach zum wohlfühlen. Super Einführung, auch das auschecken top. Parkplatz vor der Tür im abgeschlossenen Vorplatz. Sehr gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke Viktor.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Zuerst einmal herzlichen Dank an Victor, der uns nach 3 Std Verspätung mit großer Geduld und einem vollen Kühlschrank empfangen hat! Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet, besonders der große überdachte Balkon ist wie ein weiteres Zimmer. Der Pool ist toll, zum Strand/See sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Es ist eine ruhige Lage, etliche Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Empfehlen können wir das Orchidea und La Foce. Schade, dass es keine deutschsprachigen TV-Sender gibt und das WLAN etwas schwach ist. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, gut ist auch der Parkplatz. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht.

Die Wohnung liegt unweit vom Seeufer und ist mit allem Konfort ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter.

Ruhige entspanne Auszeit am Gardasee

Das Appartement ist hübsch eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Es fehlt nichts, wir fanden sogar Leckereien in unserem Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft. Es ist ruhig und dicht am See gelegen, zweite Reihe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Kommunikation mit Vermieter englisch oder italienisch. WLAN ist oft schwach, hat uns nicht gestört...

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr saubere, nett eingerichtete, kleine Wohnung. Für 2 Personen ideal. Wir wurden mit einem großen Obstkorb willkommen geheißen und haben während des Aufenthalts noch einige Ausflugs-Tipps bekommen. Bettwäsche und -decken haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Der Balkon ist schön groß und hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Allerdings wird es in der Wohnung im Oktober abends ziemlich kalt. Bis die Heizung mal lief, dauerte es eine Weile und kostet extra (=Preis für die Klimaanlage). Aber von der Lage und der Ruhe ein Traum. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Tolle Unterkunft, die super Ausgestattet ist und nur 50m vom See entfernt liegt. Leider ist der Pool entgegen der Bilder dauerhaft geschlossen. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und der Vermieter war sehr Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

Versprochen und gehalten! Entspannung für Groß und Klein!

Wir vier (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 6 und 12 Jahren) haben einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Appartement verbracht. Die Lage war wie beschrieben und wir haben fast alles per Fuß (außer der Einkäufe und Ausflüge) gemacht. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, der Pool ideal für Kinder und auch zum bloßen Schwimmen gut. Das Appartement ist bestens ausgestattet und der Vermieter hat uns mit einem kleinen Willkommenssnack empfangen. Das war insgesamt schon ein toller Ferienstart. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Mit unseren Kindern hat die Schlafsituation mit der Schlafcouch im Wohn-Essbereich auch noch gut geklappt. Wir werden diesen Urlaub in sehr schöner Erinnerung behalten.

Toscolano-Maderno - italienisches Flair abseits vom Massentourismus

Wir waren als Family gut eine Woche in Toscolano und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir in einem sehr italienischen uns ursprünglichen Ort waren, der von Italienern dominiert wurde und nur am Wochenende durch die vielen Italienern stark frequentiert wurde. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einem etablierten Wohngebiet in zweiter Reihe zum See. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig und die Wohnung absolut komfortabel. Der Wohnkomplex mit ca. 10 Eigentumswohnungen und dem Pool ist komplett gesichert und eingezäunt uns verfügt über eigene Einstellplätze, was hier sehr praktisch ist. Für den Ort können wir den Supermarkt Auchan empfehlen (deutlich besser als Sigma), die Eisdiele Calchera direkt am Hafen mit dem Eis Pistacianoce ( oder so ähnlich... ), der Osteria Gatto d’Oro am Hafen und natürlich ein Ausflug ins Papiermühlental! Als Ausflugsziele können wir Salò, Limone, River del Garda sowie Gargnano empfehlen. Das sind alles Städte, die innerhalb von 30 - 60 Minuten elocker erreicht werden können. In Limone können wir nur jedem das Restaurant „a la noche“ and Herz legen, eine sehr gute Küche eines zweitklassigen Hotels mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den See! 😍 Alles in allem ein total toller Aufwnthalt abseits vom Massentourismus, wie Man ihn aus Desenzano, Peschiera und Co. vielleicht kennt. Das macht sich nicht nur im gesamten Flair des Ortes, sondern auch in den Preisen bemerkbar. So haben wir für einen Espresso an der Strandbar 1,20 € und für den Cappuccino 1,50 € bezahlt.
