Bella Villa in Grebaštica, for sole use, 100m to the beach

Our house is located in Grebastica, on a plot of over 1000m², 100m from the beach. It is available for your sole use.

With its 200m² living space, the Bella Villa offers a generous space for people who value enough space and privacy.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (double beds 180 * 200cm), a bathroom, the kitchen, an open living / dining area. Upstairs is the third bedroom (box spring 180 * 200cm) and the second bathroom, also another living room. It is also possible to provide two baby travel cots free of charge. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Around the house there are several terraces. Furthermore, there is a large double garage (there is also a washing machine for free use), in front of there are more parking spaces.

The Bella Villa is fully equipped: from bed linen, hair dryer, iron, to towels everything is available. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, blender, etc. pp. For entertainment are available: TV, satellite, DVD player, radio, wireless internet.

Outside there are several terraces (partially covered) with associated outdoor furniture and cushions and a barbecue.

The arrival by car or plane is possible without any problems. A car is not essential for the stay, as there are shops for daily needs, restaurants, pizzerias and bars. For flexibility and mobility, a car is recommended because city sightseeing (eg. Sibenik, Trogir, Split, Zadar) or day trips (eg to the nearby national parks Krka, Kornati and Paklenica) are very rewarding.
