The house is centrally located on Aquidneck Island. Guests will escape the commotion of downtown Newport and Middletown, while maintaining quick access to everything the island has to offer. Middletown beaches are approximately 5 minutes away and downtown Newport is approximately 10.

The property is set on a large open lot, that is professionally landscaped, and completely hidden from the view of passing cars. It's setting combines the physical beauty of the area with a sense of privacy that is rarely experienced in the area.

All of Newport

Excellent property!! Convenient retail nearby to stock the fridge. 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to most places downtown. Great home with plenty of space, lots of parking and all the comforts of home. The hosts are excellent at communicating with you and have maintained a wonderful property.
