House was great, plenty of bedrooms and living space and very clean. The location to Newport was great and very easy to get into and out of town. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a house to relax in and one near NewPort!
What a wonderful property for a family reunion! Our group comes together yearly—siblings, couples—from around the country, and especially appreciated the layout of this house with its many king and queen beds, privacy of the bedroom wings, two large family room areas (one with an exquisite couch), and warm and welcoming kitchen. Easy check in and check out process! Great yard and deck too.

We had a memorable stay! The host was easy to work with and had a ton of extra amenities. We had two families with 2 kids each and it was nice to have 2 washer and dryers! The outdoor space was amazing for the kids to run around and play and the gas firepit was safe and easy to turn on and off. 2 fridges which helped with all the people and 3 different living areas to relax. It is an easy drive to get to all the Newport attractions and easy uber if you dont want to worry about parking. We would highly recommend the property.
The Wolcott was ample in size for our three generational family. The two living rooms were an asset in that the nine of us could enjoy separate spaces. The kitchen was well sized as well as well equipped. Christopher was readily available in his response to an issue that needed tending to. All in all a lovely experience for our family. Would definitely rent again!
We spent a lovely couple days at this location. House was clean and overall mostly updated. Amazing spot for sharing with multiple families as there were lots of bed options/rooms, all the beds were reported as comfortable. Nice quiet large yard.
Small items for improvement include more kitchen towels, more ice trays to substitute for the ice maker … bigger items - bathrooms are due for updating. Very functional- but definitely out dated. If you can look past this (or it won’t bother you) then it’s a good find. Oth
We had a great stay at the property. It was close to Newport, had ample space and a great outdoor area. We loved that it had two living areas so the kids could enjoy one while the adults enjoyed the other. We would have loved a few more blankets to use while enjoying the fire pit and some extra towels, but that is incredibly minor. We would definitely stay at the Wolcott again.
