The pool villa is fully air conditioned. The terrace, which is spaciously covered, offers a lot of space around the private pool to relax undisturbed. The property has a total area of approximately 600 square meters. The house offers two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. In addition, the house has a spacious living-dining and kitchen area. The house is decorated in a mix of Thai and European elements. All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with large sliding glass doors and allow easy and unrestricted access to the private pool and terrace.

The kitchen and dining area are equally modern in style. A solid brick kitchen with dark, wooden kitchen doors creates a rustic, modern atmosphere. The dining room integrated in the kitchen is equipped with modern furniture.

There are double beds and closets in all bedrooms. All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms have additional fans on the ceiling. One bedroom has a direct view of the pool. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

outdoors
In the outdoor area there is a large pool with stone stairs and a spacious outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace (approx. 50sqm). Immediately in front of the living and dining room is a large, covered patio. Due to the temperatures in Thailand, all meals can be taken on this shady terrace. Around the pool there are several sun beds and 1 parasol. A generous selection of tropical plants make this house a gem with lots of privacy in a cozy tropical garden. The property is completely surrounded by a wall. Therefore, the highest possible privacy is guaranteed. The electric entrance gate is controlled by remote control and leads to a spacious carport. This also offers a shady place for large vehicles. The property has an area of approximately 600 square meters and is therefore spacious.

Large and beautiful tropical garden, large carport for a car and mopets. Electric gate, 1 large fridge, 1 large flat-screen TV with cable TV, 1 guest safe, Wi-fi (6MB) in the house, towels, bed linen, dishes, pots etc.

Overview of the equipment:
The pool villa is on a quiet side street, just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Nai Harn. There are many shops here, such as supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies. Restaurants, bars, food stalls and internet cafes are also not far away.

A cleaning maid is available twice a week, who can also organize the cleaning of your private laundry for a small fee.

The Nai Harn district has everything a discerning vacationer could expect. The area is quiet and offers a very relaxed, relaxed atmosphere. The beach is one of the best in Phuket. The "Viewpoint" Promthep Cape is considered the best place for beautiful sunsets. From Rawai Beach you can take longtail or speed boats to the offshore islands for snorkeling, diving or fishing.

The booking is considered accepted if a deposit of 50% of the rental price has been received in the account in Germany.

All prices are for two people. Each additional person is charged € 15 per day.

The prices include linen change for towels twice a week and bed linen change once a week, and cleaning of the house twice a week.

Electricity consumption of 250 kWh per week is included in the rental price. This is a very generous amount of power consumption and is usually sufficient without any problems.
Each additional KWh is charged at 8 baht.
Even slightly exceeding the 250 kWh limit / week does not result in additional costs.
Since air conditioners consume a lot of electricity, this measure is only used to avoid improper continuous operation of the air conditioners.

IMPORTANT:
Under no circumstances should toilet paper get into the toilets. Please throw the used toilet paper in the trash can next to the toilet.

Alternatively, use the butt shower next to the toilet bowl, which is more common in Thailand than using toilet paper.

Since the drainage pipes in Thailand are smaller than in Europe, we would like to ask you to comply with this handling, otherwise there will be blockages and this in turn usually requires a pumping-out action from the septic tanks, which costs 3.000, -THB caused.

Perfect for a longer term stay

This is an amazing property just off Rawai Beach. The pool is bigger than we expected, and a cleaner came 2 times per week to clean it. The house was as expected and perfect for our needs. It is a quiet neighborhood, but there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. If you want to go further best to rent a car. I love this house and I hope to come back soon! Thank you Harald and Armin!

Einfach nach Hause kommen😊👍👍

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral aber in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und haben uns auch dieses Mal wieder mega wohlgefühlt. Für uns ist es wie „nach Hause kommen“! Alles funktionierte wieder reibungslos. Herr Strack ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Vermieter!! Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Was echt toll ist (wer darauf wert legt): es sind alle möglichen deutschen Fernsehprogramme vorhanden. Für meinen Mann genial, denn so konnte er die Bundesliga verfolgen. Armin, der vor Ort das Haus verwaltet steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hilft einem wirklich mit allem. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall ein Moped mieten, denn zum Strand ist es zu Fuß doch etwas weit! 😁 Aber auch das ist kein Problem, denn das arrangiert auch Armin für euch. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und denken, dass es weitere Wiederholungstäter geben wird👍! Vielen Dank nochmal an Herrn Strack und Armin. Wir haben die 4 Wochen sehr genossen und auch dieses Mal fiel uns der Abschied wieder sehr schwer!! Liebe Grüße Nici und Udo

Auch bin ich erfreut darüber, dass sie mit der Betreuung von Armin sehr zufrieden waren. Armin ist für uns mittlerweile auch schon wie ein Familienmitglied geworden. Seine Verlässlichkeit und das Herzblut, welches er in seine Aufgabe steckt, sind in Thailand schon was besonderes und seltenes. Sorglos Urlaub machen in einem schönen Haus

Das Haus liegt an einer Seitenstrasse. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Zur Hauptstrasse sind es ca 100 Meter. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, sogar zu Fuss. Das Haus bietet ein tolles Ambiente. Toller Garten mit einem gediegenen Pool und einer schönen Aussendusche. Liegestühle sind genug vorhanden. Die Beleuchtung am Abend ist sehr schön. Grosser Tisch für Mo-, Mi-, oder Abendessen. Die Inneneinrichtung (Möbel etc.) ist sehr gut. Grosse Küche. Geschirr ist genug vorhanden. Genug Kochtöpfe, Besteck, Teller, Gläser etc. Die techn. Einrichtung TV, WLAN etc. sind auf dem neusten Stand. Das Facilitymanagement, Putzfrau, Gärtner, Poolmann etc. sind sehr freundlich. Auch bei Fragen sind sie sehr hilfsbereit. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war meiner Meinung top. Die Angaben stimmen wie im Internet geschrieben. Dieses Haus werde ich gerne meinen Freunden weiter empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder. Danke dem Eigentümer für viele unvergessliche Stunden.

Perfekte Unterkunft an bester Lage

Lieber Harald, lieber Armin Das Haus bietet alles was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequem und entspricht genau den Fotos. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse direkt am Eingang/Ausgang von Nai Harn. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wenn gewünscht sogar zu Fuss. Durch das am Ende der Sackgasse gelegene Boutique Hotel Royal Chang of Siam und der benachbarten Villen, welche ganzjährig bewohnt sind, fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Armin, der Verwalter des Hauses und Besitzer des Hotels steht jederzeit zur Verfügung und vermietet auch Roller. Der Aussenbereich mit Sonnenschirmen und bequemen Liegestühlen ist sehr einladend, die Beleuchtung am Abend wunderschön. Alle Details stimmen: genügend Hand- und Badetücher, 2x wöchentlich Reinigungsservice inkl. Pool, gut eingerichtete Küche, genügend Steckdosen ... Der Fernseher mit allen deutschen TV Programmen war ebenfalls ein Highlight (vor allem für meinen Mann) Beim morgendlichen Kaffee auf dem Sitzplatz wird man von einem Vogelkonzert begleitet, das ist einzigartig ! Wir haben unser Domizil für den jährlichen Aufenthalt in Phuket gefunden ! Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Harald, Silvia und Armin für diesen wundervollen Urlaub wo alles gestimmt hat.

Lieber Harald, wir möchten uns nochmals recht herzlich bei Ihnen und Ihrer Frau für den wunderschönen Urlaub, der herzlichen Begrüssung und dem absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt in Ihrem sehr schönen, ruhigen und inspirierenden Domizil bedanken. Es war für uns im warsten Sinne ein absoluter "Sorglos-Urlaub" den Sie uns anfangs versprochen hatten und dann aber im nachhinein auch so erfüllt haben.... Danke hierfür von ganzem Herzen. Sie organisierten mit uns Touren, zeigten uns das Leben der Bewohner und der Region, ihrer Gewohnheiten, ihrer landestypischen Speisen sowie von vielem mehr. Traumhaft

Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage und ist doch nahe am geschehen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt! Der gebuchte Transfer vom Vermieter hat prima geklappt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit für Fragen für uns erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat & Tat zur Seite. Außerdem haben wir den ein oder anderen Geheimtipp für verschiedene Restaurants bekommen. Auch die Rollervermietung hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit gerne wieder buchen und auch jedem empfehlen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top!

Gut abgeschottet, Privatsphäre ist gewiss und liegt an ruhiger Lage. Gut gelegen da in wenigen Minuten am nähesten Strand (Nai Harn Beach). Das Haus ist grossräumig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Der Aussenbereich mit dem hauseigenen Pool gibt einem das angenehme Verweilen auch in der Villa.

Absolut wundervolles Haus an ruhiger Lage!

Meine Frau und ich haben 15 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Pool-Haus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden! Der Garten vom Haus war fantastisch und sehr gepflegt, genauso wie der Pool. Das Anwesen ist abends mit stilvollem Licht beleuchtet und bietet eine romantische Atmosphäre. Der Service (inkl. Abfallentsorgung) von der Zimmerfrau und vom Poolmann war ausgezeichnet und wir hatten keinen Grund uns über etwas zu beschweren. Der persönliche Service vor Ort durch Armin und Anna war uns eine grosse Hilfe, vor allem die ersten Tage. Wir erfuhren- und lernten durch sie und Harald Strack-Klingk gute Restaurants-, Einkaufs- und Ausflugstipps kennen. Alles äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen! Kein Verkehr vor dem Haus, da das Objekt in einer Sackgasse liegt. Somit ist dieses Pool-Haus wirklich ein Ort zum erholen. Absolute Privatsphäre!! Einen Mietwagen oder Roller ist notwendig, um flexibel zu sein. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war auch unserer Meinung top. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, wenn möglich mit unserer Familie, die je nach Anzahl, auch im angrenzenden Resort von armino-travel.net, bei Armin und Anna untergebracht werden können. Traumhaft schön

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren ein begeisterter Thailandurlauber und habe schon sehr viel gesehen. Mein letzter Urlaub verbrachte ich in der schönen Pool-Villa „Golden Palm of Siam“ auf Phuket. Ich habe mich rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Insbesondere die ruhige Lage sowie die trandnähe(2 min. mit Auto) zur Nai Harn Beach waren für mich mehr als ideal. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön angelegt und verfügt über eine große Mauer, welche absolute Privatsphäre garantiert. Der sehr schöne und in der Nacht beleuchtet Pool verfügt über eine sehr großzügige und bequeme Treppe. Wer einen ungezwungenen und ruhigen Urlaub auf Phuket verbringen möchte, auch mit Familie, ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. In meinem nächsten Thailand Urlaub werde ich sicherlich wieder Gast in dieser schönen Pool-Villa sein. Liebe und herzliche Grüße Wolfgang

Wunderschön

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Pool-Villa verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Kein Verkehr vor dem Haus, da das Objekt in einer Sackgasse liegt. Somit ist diese Pool-Villa wirklich ein Ort zum erholen. Da die Ville von einer hohen Mauer umgeben ist, kann niemand von außerhalb auf das Grundstück schauen. Absolute Privatsphäre!! Der tolle Service vor Ort durch Armin und Anne war uns eine große Hilfe. Sehr angenehme Leute! Die Reinigsungskraft und der Poolservice arbeiteten gewissenhaft und sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Garten und der Pool ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Auch ist der Pool ideal für Kinder, da er über eine Treppe verfügt, über die man einfacher in den Pool kommt. Das Anwesen ist Abends mit tollem Licht beleuchtet und bietet eine schöne Atmosphäre. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war unserer Meinung nach prima. Falls wir erneut nach Thailand reisen sollten, werden wir diese Pool-Villa wieder buchen. Danke für alles!

Mein Mann und ich haben drei Wochen in dieser schönen Poolvilla verbracht. Es war ein echter Traum. Die sehr ruhige Lage ist ideal zum runterfahren und man kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Kein Verkehr, da das Objekt in einer Sackgasse liegt. Wir haben sehr schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Der Garten und die Pool-Villa sind sehr gepflegt und bieten eine absolute Privatsphäre, da das Haus mit einer großen Mauer umgeben ist. Auch der Service durch Armino-Travel(Anna und Armin), welche für die Reinigung und Wäschewechsel verantwortlich waren, sind sehr freundlich und gewissenhaft. Der Pool und der Garten sind ein absoluter Traum. Auch Ideal für Familien mit Kinder, da der Pool über eine großzügige Treppe verfügt und man dadurch leicht in und aus dem Pool kommt. Die Gartenbeleuchtung bei Nacht ist einfach umwerfend. So stellt man sich einen Traumurlaub in Thailand vor. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist auch unschlagbar. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Traumhaus mit totaler Ruhelage!

Wir waren bereits 2x im Haus! Der pool hat die perfekte größe zum abkühlen und zum spielen für die Kinder! Einrichtung ist ein Traum alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Auto kann man am Grundstück mittels elektrischem Tor perfekt ein und ausparken. Poolboy und Raumpflegerin auch wenn nötig immer abrufbar. Flat mit Sat, Internet was brauchst du mehr! In Umgebung Thai Boxen, Traumstrände, Bank, Massage, Lokale. Ein Fahrzeug würde ich aber unbedingt mitbuchen! Am besten ein Auto dann kann man alles alleine erkunden!

Sie werden das Haus vermutlich nicht wieder erkennen, da wir zwischenzeitlich viele Neuerungen vorgenommen haben. So wurde z.B. der Garten neu gestaltet und hat nun unter anderem eine schöne Gartenbeleuchtung. Auch wurden die Böden in den Bädern neu gefließt. Der Hauszugang hat jetzt einen befestigten Zugang.
