The Space:
Our luxurious three-bedroom unit is the perfect place to relax and unwind on your vacation. The unit is professionally decorated with custom furniture and includes daily cleaning to ensure that it always feels fresh and welcoming. Both of our bedrooms with King Sized beds have great ocean views and the third bedroom has two single beds, providing plenty of space for all of your guests. Step out onto the private deck to take a dip in your own soaking pool, or relax by one of the resort's two infinity pools that overlook the ocean.

Guest Access:
As a guest at the Las Palmas Residence, you will have access to all of the resort's amenities, including the two infinity pools, beach/pool bar, main restaurant, hot tub, and free parking. You can also take advantage of our luggage drop-off service for added convenience. Our front desk staff is available from 8am-8pm to answer any questions and help you make the most of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The Las Palmas Residence is located in the beautiful Playa Blanca area of Zihuatanejo, just a short drive from the center of town. The area is known for its stunning beaches and clear, warm waters, making it the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including horseback riding, fishing trips departing from Barra de Potosi, paddleboarding and kayaking through the mangroves in Barra de Potosi. The airport is just 5 minutes away, and the bustling town of Zihuatanejo is just a 10 USD taxi ride away.

Getting Around:
While there is no central hub in Playa Blanca, the surrounding areas are easy to explore by car. Downtown Zihuatanejo is just 15 minutes away, Ixtapa is 20 minutes away, and Troncones is 45 minutes away. Taxis and other transportation options are readily available to help you get around the area.

Please we do not allow unregistered guests to visit and have 24-hour security to ensure the safety of our guests. We also offer a range of spa services that can be enjoyed right in the comfort of your room, as well as grocery delivery. For bookings of 7 nights or longer, we offer free airport transportation.

An Impeccable Mexican Beach Experience

The unit itself is beautifully furnished and maintained to the absolute highest standards. Vicky the maid came daily and is a delight. The dipping pool is enormous and serviced every day. The view, the sound of the waves and the beautifully maintained grounds provided a perfect vacation experience. I had low expectations for the restaurant but it too was excellent. A wonderfully relaxing nine days and we plan to return.

AMAZING!!!

We spent 3 incredible, relaxing weeks here. The apartment is perfect and we immediately felt comfortable when we arrived. It has amazing views, great WI-FI, daily cleaning (Vicky is LOVELY💕) and a well equipped kitchen. Oscar was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Las Plamas is beautiful, safe, well kept, clean property with beautiful pools. The staff is friendly and super helpful (🙌Francisco & Carlos🙌). The on-site restaurant is great (Carlos, Ivan & Thomas are wonderful 🙌). It is primarily a family/ couple complex- quiet time after 10:00 PM and you fall asleep to bright stars and the crashing waves. The beach is absolutely stunning, vast & 15 Km long. No sellers and basically deserted. The ocean is VERY rough here so you have to be very careful. This is a very special place. 100% we will be back!!!

Exquisite relaxation getaway

We came with another couple to get out of the cold. We found a really luxurious condo with fully equipped kitchen, beautiful woodwork throughout. The two masters open onto balconies that look out onto the beach just outside. We were serenaded by the waves every night. The grounds are kept beautifully, staff is super pleasant and helpful, including a maid who came every day. There is a restaurant on site which we really enjoyed for lunch, as it is a beautiful place to enjoy the beach breeze and be out of the sun. We had a car, went into town to enjoy the market, took a fishing trip and had a few great meals. Beachside eateries closer to the condo were also fun and relaxed. Would recommend avoiding the beach in the morning due to teeny biting flies. But otherwise the beach is glorious, often we were the only people out for half a mile. Super relaxing. Great spot. Highly recommend.
