Main floor kitchen comes fully equiped with , gas BBQ and incredibly comfortable hanging bed to view spectacular sunsets , along with an infinity swimming pool and large sectional sofa. All rooms come with wifi, . Guest bedroom sleeps two adults and has bunk beds that can sleep two more. TV room can be converted to kingsize bedroom ( simple ) and has digital tv, netflix plus hard dive adapter with loads of movies or . Bring your own hard drive for an easy hookup. Guest and TV room open onto a 36' gorgeous balcony overlooking the pacific ocean La Ropa beach , Las Gatas beach and town of Zihuatanejo. Loads to do. Amazing Views

This property is located in the finest area of Zihuatanejo within a gated and patrolled neighborhood. The home is beautiful however, we had a few minor issues. Although we checked in at the requested time, there were no towels, bath tissue, soap, or drinking water available. We contacted the new person in charge of the residence, although he spoke no English, he was able to get the necessary items for us. The manager last year was much more attentive to our needs and provided us a wonderful taxi driver who we also used this year.

Most spectacular view in Zihua

From the moment you walk in you know you are in paradise. The view is beyond amazing. You can see all of Zihua from what seems like the top of the world. The most beautiful place we have stayed in X

Killer view but needs some tlc

We had a nice stay at Casa Rumi. The view is breathtaking, day and night! The infinity pool feels like you’re on top of the world and the open-air living area is spacious and instagram worthy, especially the hanging daybed. Communications with the property management team were easy and the team was very responsive to our needs. Really excellent service from Oscar, Mani, and team. The rooms were a bit different than expected. The primary suite is on the top floor, with a lovely view and it’s own panoramic deck. The other two rooms are on the lower level, below the pool and living area. Not great for families with younger kids. We didn’t need the 3rd bedroom, but it wasn’t clear how it would work as a bedroom. The house seems a bit run down/in need of some repairs, and the pool, while beautiful, was too cold to enjoy. It was also overdue for fumigation - fire ants and quite large spiders visited a few too many times. Overall, we had a nice stay, but hope the house can get the maintenance it needs.
