About this property

Vacation apartment in a small vacation complex (max. 50 accommodations) near the beach between the Riviera of Palms and the Riviera of Flowers. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a small house and has living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. From the living room access to a large equipped terrace for outdoor dining. Included for our guests: 2 x cleaning per week (Wednesday and Saturday, on request on arrival), linen change on request, laundry service, tennis court, swimming pool (1 for adults, 1 for children), playground, bicycles, babysitting, transfer from Genoa airport to the complex (reservation at the moment of booking). For payment on site: pool bar, restaurant-pizzeria (live music 1 time/week). Customers have at their disposal outdoor areas with fruit trees. The farm produces its own olive oil: guests can actively participate in the olive harvest in the fall and in this way witness with their own eyes how the virgin olive oil so renowned for Liguria is produced. Ideal for a beach vacation, for bike rides along the longest coastal bike path in Europe that connects Sanremo with San Lorenzo a Mare, for visits to the 'Santuario dei Cetacei? (marine mammal sanctuary) in Bergeggi (26 km) and Borgio Verezzi with one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy and its caves (2.9 km).
