The flat is located in a tree-lined courtyard at the top of Rue de Bagnolet, a busy shopping street with restaurants and bistros.

There is a "Franprix" supermarket less than 100 m from the building for your everyday shopping needs.

## Emplacement
All in all, it's a lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafés-théâtres. There's something for everyone, from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the Bagnolet area south of the cemetery and in Ménilmontant, around the Butte and the avenue of the same name.
The arrondissement's main tourist attraction is the Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
