Enjoy 1 week stay in my condominium at the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort (17-24 July, 2021 available only). Be my guest. You'll have full use of the resort & staircase down to beach sand! Free wrist-bands for all guests... beach cabana checks out sand chairs & umbrellas, boogie boards, sand & water toys. 1 vehicle free underground parking permit all week. European elegance, condo has master bedroom, Full-kitchen, balcony with ocean view. Carlsbad restaurants, shops (walk to variety fare Pizza Port, Cold Stone Ice Cream, beachwear, local artisans, Wednesday Farmers Market all of San Diego area.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful timeshare to use each summer while my kids grew up, near my home in Temecula, CA. I decided to share make the week experience available to other families and folks who might enjoy the week here as we have.

What makes this property unique

A full week getaway at a very well run well maintained amazing beautiful paradise by the sea to enjoy once a year, during the July heat of summer. There is beach play as well as the village of Carlsbad to enjoy. You can walk miles of beach sand if you want or just soak up the sun. There is the surf and nearby sailing and paddle-boarding. Of course the San Diego area attractions are within any days' plans if you decide to go to San Diego Zoo or Balboa park, Coronado Island and the list is endless.
