Very nice 79 sqm apartment with Air Conditioning, offering two bedrooms for 6 people completely open to the street with large windows overlooking Archives Museum, located on the 1st floor with lift.





The apartment consists of:





• A living room with sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a rug, an HD TV, an internet connection. Windows on the street





• A dining area with a table and 6 chairs.





• A separate kitchen equipped with a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine-dryer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, appropriate crockery and kitchen utensils. Dining counter.





• A bathroom with bathtub and shower, sink, hairdryer. WC.





• A bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, a chair and dressing room. Window overlooking the street.





• A second bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, a chair and dressing room. Window overlooking the street.





• Shower room with walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer.





• Independent toilet.





The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





 





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

The apartment is in a very convenient location with a grocery store below and all the fun of the Marais on the doorstep. The apartment is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need for a Paris stay. The only downside is that it is situated on the front side of the building and across the street from a very popular bar. Bring your sound machine! The bar was busy until 4am during Fashion Week ….it was impossible to sleep with the windows open.

Great location! But….

This apartment was roomy and beautiful. The 2 bedrooms 2 baths make this the perfect stay to ensure privacy. Safe location and close to everything! Even w/d in apartment! Only downside is that there is a cafe just a few feet away that is very popular and has customers until 4am that are quite noisy. Also, no air conditioning so it would be hot in the summer. Super clean and great decor. Definitely recommend

Apartment clean and spacious and well appointed and furnished. Unfortunately there was scaffolding across all windows to the property which we were not informed about prior to the stay which restricted the light in the property, and meant there were no views out of the windows. There was also loud noise generated from the workmen on weekdays and workmen walking past the windows on the scaffolding which meant we had to keep the curtains shut to maintain privacy. It would have been nice to have been informed in advance as this affected the enjoyment of the property.

Noisy and hot apartment

It was clean but very noisy bar on corner Host seemed rushed at check in and failed to show us where the fans were kept. On prior trips to Paris the host provided coffee, waters, crackers, etc We can’t recommend and can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be in The Jaheim warmer months. No cross breeze
