I hate to leave this kind of comment but like for others to be aware, terrible neighborhood, violent animals, and unsafe intersection. Would not stay here again.

After arriving at the property at 9 o’clock on a Friday night with the two night stay come to find out we had no home to stay in, we had to search for a hotel room late at night after a 6 Hour drive and had to pay ridiculous prices to do this because this host was not ready for us and wasn’t even aware we were coming somehow

Great remodeled house

The home is beautiful and very well done with the remodel. Modern and clean. The home is just as advertised. The neighborhood is not the nicest and I wouldn't recommend walking alone at night. Otherwise everything was great.

This property was so dirty. Once you get past the overgrown lawn and last years fall leaves crunched up in every corner you are met with a disgusting front door and mat. Fly strips greet you as you walk inside. The entire house smells-likely from the non-working fridge. Walls, appliances, remotes, tables are nasty dirty.Bedding was definitely not changed.Nearby homes are boarded up.Host was rude and hateful.We left and have requested a full refund.

Decent Property

Honestly, the only 2 minor hiccups were the ease of accessibility not only in the front door (the key fob is very fickle) and then the fact that you could only get in back by first walking through the house and unlocking it from the inside, but also there was hardly any toilet paper provided. When we realized there wasn’t extra rolls in 3 of the 4 bathrooms, it was just a little annoying. Overall, the house is as listed. Some of the hardware and details are cheap, so we literally hung a towel on a rack and it just fell off in the upstairs bathroom, haha. But again, those are minor. It was clean and the space was perfect for being at the Mercedes Benz Arena. Also, the host was very quick to respond when I reached out and had the house ready early for us (though we ended up getting there at check out time). I’d stay here again!

The pictures are accurate for inside the home however the driveway was terrible. There is very little room to get in and out. It is almost impossible going into traffic without getting hit. The address to the house threw the gps off numerous of times and the lock on the door needs replacement, the front and back doors are not secured unless pushed a number of times and locked. Upon arrival, the gate was very worn out and a false claim was placed stating it was damage done by us. Owner very unprofessional going back and forth without showing valid proof that we the guest did the damage. Would not stay again.

This is a Home away from Home! Perfect Location! This home offers you 2400 sq. ft and not one but two Master Suites! A nice front porch to chill on and open backyard with a patio to grill and relax! 4 bedrooms all together and a nice open living, dining and kitchen area! Complimentary Netflix on every TV and yes there is a TV in every room! We have 1 Master Suite on the lower level with a separate entrance so easy access for those who can’t or have difficulty climbing stairs!

This area is diverse with change! The old and the new living harmoniously! Less than a 5 minute drive to get to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta University Center, Clark Atlanta, Morehouse, and Spelman Universities, and the I-20 Expressway!
