The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Leave all linens, and towels in basket on top of dryer.
Dish detergent is under the kitchen sink, as well as any cleaning supplies needed.
Please take all trash out, and clean out the refrigerator. Trash day is Thursday so please take cans down to street Wednesday night.
Garage is completely off limits
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is my first time being a host. I bought this house after my divorce for me and my kiddos. We love this house, and love how quiet it is here. Kids grew up, moved on, so I decided to get myself a fresh start on the west coast. I want others to be able to enjoy my humble abroad till I move back one day. Thank you for checking out my precious home!
Why they chose this property
Its so quiet in the neighborhood, and its right off 285, and 20. Which is easy and quick access to anywhere in Atlanta!! Also, 15 minutes from Stone Mountain and all its trails and nature!
What makes this property unique
My home is cute 5br 2.5ba that you wont be able to find the beds, and space for the price. 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and mercedez benz stadium. 10 minutes from downtown Decatur. Master bedroom is opposite side of the house from other 4 br. It has a king size bed, and a bathtub with two showers. Driveway has a covered carport, fenced in back yard, multiple grills, outdoor dining table, and a great place to hang out. Great house for your pets to enjoy themselves.
