In Mers-les-Bains, a few steps from the beach, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 42 mÂČ apartment with sea view which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 20 mÂČ living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board.

Exterior:
- A 4 mÂČ balcony with sea view to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Mers-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Club Nautique GSM 50 m away (July-August and school vacations)
- Bike, electric bike, surf, standup paddle, kayak and windsurf rental 50 m away (July 1 to August 31).

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gehört ein Stellplatz in einer Garage dazu, in der Hauptsaison sicher sehr wichtig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einfach wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund, ein Kind könnte ich mir noch vorstellen.

Il reste Ă  regretter les critiques dont j'ai Ă©tĂ© accablĂ©e dĂ» au fait que je n'avais pas fait totalement le mĂ©nage, honnĂȘtement je ne pensais pas avoir Ă  TOUT nettoyer, dans la mesure oĂč j'ai payĂ© un forfait obligatoire de €60,00, somme qui me paraĂźt quelque peu excessive pour un petit appartement comme celui-ci. ll n'a cependant pas Ă©tĂ© laissĂ© dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable comme mentionnĂ©! J'ai nettoyĂ© la cuisine, les fours, cafetiĂšre, Ă©vier, le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur.. tout comme stipulĂ© sur le contrat. Le bouton poussoir de la chasse d'eau s'est rapidement bloquĂ© mais nous n'en sommes pas responsables ! Le petit, contrariĂ© a souillĂ© le drap, qui sont nettoyĂ©s aprĂšs chaque location, je suppose ? Comme peuvent l'ĂȘtre les couettes et housses Ă  l'occasion ?De le matelas Ă©tait protĂ©gĂ© par une alaise. Je suis rentrĂ©e sidĂ©rĂ©e et accablĂ©e par autant de reproches"
