Located only 15 minutes from the Lamotte-Beuvron Federal Park, it is perfectly suited for equestrian enthusiasts, families, and lovers of wide open spaces.

Guest Access

You have full access to the entire villa and all outdoor areas.
The gym is available as an optional extra (€100 per stay) and requires prior signature of a liability waiver.

In 2026, the owner will reside discreetly in an independent outbuilding from March to August. You may occasionally encounter them on the property, without any access to the villa, except in case of emergency or at your request.
