Conveniently located just about 15 minutes from Cape May, Wildwood, Avalon & Stone Harbor & all they have to offer with dining/shopping/beaches/amusement & more! **Owner offering as a COURTESY a few beach chairs, games, toys and a few Cape May Beach tags to be enjoyed and returned where found by each tenant or they will be charged for replacement. Bikes are in the shed for use and return where found. Owner cannot guarantee these extras as sometimes prior tenants accidentally take things home with them and to replace would take time. 2022 updates included blue stone pave patio in side yard and outdoor shower, 2023 updates included 1/2 bath added, new queen mattress in Master bedroom and brand new countertop w/ backsplash also installed and finally 2024 updates include updated kitchen cabinets, 5 person hot tub and refurbished stock tank tool – enjoy!
