Inside, the living space is open and welcoming, with beautiful floors, vaulted ceilings, original art, and thoughtful decor throughout. The living room includes a large flatscreen TV and plenty of comfy furniture to watch your favorite Netflix movies and shows from. Need to finish that last-minute project? The home includes a desk, chair, and work light available for remote workers and students. Reward your hard work with some board games with the kids. The free WiFi will make it easy to post your best selfies to your social media or research a new beach adventure to enjoy tomorrow. Don't forget to let the central AC and ceiling fans keep the home nice and cool on those hot summer afternoons.

The full kitchen is a thing of beauty, with Italian marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, and a center prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. After preparing a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy, you can serve up to eight guests at the dining table. Let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes while you adjourn to the deck with a few glasses of wine and good company. The private gas grill will make it easy to host a fun family barbecue. Don't worry about stains, because the private washer/dryer will easily keep everyone's clothes nice and clean. Guests will love fishing from the riverbanks and watching the ducks and geese swimming in the water. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, the primary bedroom with a flatscreen TV, a stove, and an en-suite bath.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
