The modern equipped apartment is on the ground floor. She can be reached via the main entrance of the Beau-Site or through direct input in the south of the property. There is also a large terrace which is assigned to you for the exclusive use. The upstream patio with barbecue facilities, is available for shared use. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating and has a nice bathroom with shower, corner bath, toilet and wash basin. The bedrooms have hardwood floors, the other rooms are covered with ceramic plates. The two bedrooms (double and triple) are oriented to the west. The living room, kitchen & dining area are oriented to the south. Non smoking apartment (smoking permitted on the terrace). No pets
