The 3-room apartment 'Seelord' is located on the ground floor and consists of a cozy living area, kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower and separate guest toilet, as well as a sunny south-west terrace and its own garden area ... With 70 sqm Living space, the apartment is ideal for 2-4 people.

You can park your car conveniently on your own parking space in front of the house. Shops (NEUKAUF-Mark, bakery, drugstore) 500 m away, the town center is approx. 1200 m away, as is the small Boddenhafen.

Particularities:

Immediate beach location, FIREPLACE in the living room, sunny south-west terrace and own garden, use of the sauna in an attractive small sauna house in the garden.

This apartment is also gladly booked jointly with the apartment “Deichidyll” directly above, practically like a semi-detached house with 4 bedrooms - for holidays with parents or parents-in-law, a family of friends or similar! In this case, 3 separate parking spaces are available.

Beurteilung

Leider ist die technische Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte einmal überholt bzw. die Funktionalität geprüft werden. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Ideal für Familienurlaub. Weg ist "Stadtzentrum" ca 15 min zu Fuss. Wasser in 2 min erreichbar

Super Urlaub

Extrawünsche wurden ohne Probleme erfüllt. Wir hatten uns bewußt für dieses Objekt entschieden und hatten eine genaue Vorstellung von unserem Urlaub. Alles hat genau so gepasst, wie wir es wollten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Unser Urlaub war so, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Ruhe, Ruhe, ein tolles Zuhause und der Strand ist wunderschön. Und dass nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Wir konnten jeden Abend wunderbar kochen, alles notwendige war vorhanden. Der Edeka-Markt in Laufnähe ist sehr gut sortiert. Viel frisches Gemüse und Obst. Sehr nette Nachbarn. Wir haben sehr schöne Fahrradtouren unternommen und konnten uns am Abend in der Sauna entspannen.

diese Wohnung kann ich empfehlen

Gute Lage, wirklich kurz zum Meer, die Wohnung war sauber, alles funktionierte, auch das Wlan.In der Küche alles vorhanden damit man kochen kann. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und freundlich. Der Garten war schön, schöner Strandkorb- die anderen Möbel etwas ältlich.
