Nette kleine Wohnung für 2Personen mit Haustiere oder Kinder. Es ist alles vorhanden was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Lage ist gut in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Schön Ruhig. Einkauf, Kultur und Strand mit Seebrücke ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ideal für zwei Personen und in unserem Fall mit Hund. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, Küche gut ausgestattet, vor allen Dingen die tolle Kaffeemaschine. Von der Fetienwohnung konnten wir gut zu unseren Ausflügen starten. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral. Kurze Wege zum Hafen und ins Zentrum.

Sehr ruhige Lage - klein, aber fein!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse in Waldnähe. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Das Obergeschoss ist sehr gemütlich, und es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Schöne, kleine und saubere Wohnung im 1. Stock.

Haus/Wohnung schön ruhig in einer Stichstrasse gelegen. Die Zuwegung auf den öffentlichen Strassen zum Objekt ist allerdings teilweise nur mit „geländegängigen“ Fahrzeugen möglich, wenn man von der „falschen“ Seite in die Siedlung fährt! Das liegt allerdings in der Gemeindeverantwortung! Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und ist ausreichend mit allem ausgestattet; auch für Belegung mit bis zu 4 Personen. Man sollte sich aber darüber im klaren sein, das die Wohnung keinen Balkon hat und die Terrasse u. das übrige Grundstück zu der Parterrewohnung gehören! Die Parkplatzsituation vor dem Objekt in der Vor- u. Nachsaison unproblematisch, in der Hauptsaison sind Absprachen mit den Nachbarn der umliegenden Ferienobjekte zu empfehlen. Rundum hatte wir wieder eine schöne Zeit in Prerow und würden auch dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten, sowie es auch Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schön ruhig gelegene und geschmackvoll gebaute und eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Gleichzeitig war die Lage der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte und abwechlungsreiche Wanderungen. Das war ein so gelungener Kurzurlaub, dass wir defintiv wiederkommen werden.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss. Die kleine Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Wir waren sehr von der Ausstattung der Küche überrascht vom Eierlöffel bis zum Elektrogrill war alles vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Buchung war unkompliziert und die Vermietung sehr nett. Prerow ist einfach wundervoll.
