Wonderful 75sqm apartment in the historic listed packing house from 1802. Other apartments in the house with 30 square meters, 45 square meters and OVERGROOT with 150 square meters of living space! Just write to us!

This approx. 75 sqm apartment, designed for up to 8 people, is located directly at the wonderful historic old port of Hooksiel. The apartment is located on the first floor. The kitchen area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (including a Dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more). In the living area there is a 40-inch LCD TV (approx. 102 cm screen) (further television in the bedroom), a Blu-ray player and a stereo system in the form of a jukebox. Various board games and books are also available. Both bedrooms are equipped with two beds (one room with a double bed & bunk bed, the other with a bunk bed and a double bed 140cm). The completely new bathroom has a walk-in shower. The entire apartment is tiled and covered with lamit. You can park your car on your own parking space by the house (currently directly opposite at the harbor with a free parking ticket).
Access to the apartment without a key, simply by entering it with a code! Very straightforward !! Also in the other two apartments (Lütt, 30 sqm, up to 3 people) / Middel, 40 sqm, up to 5 people)!
The overnight price is 99 EUR (Lütt = 59 EUR / Middel = 69 EUR / Overgroot = 150 €) exclusive one-off 60 EUR (30 EUR / 40 EUR / 95 EUR) for the final cleaning.
Linen packages, consisting of bed linen, sheets, 2 towels and dish towel, can be booked for 13EUR per person.

Spend the night in a house that has experienced a lot in its more than 200 years of history. Consulate, post office with exchange station for the horses, a pub for several decades and finally a mussel museum known far beyond the borders of Friesland.

In a few minutes, kilometers you can reach the naval city of Wilhelmshaven, Horumersiel, Schillig and the beach at Hooksiel.

The inviting town center of Hooksiel can be reached on foot in a few minutes if you want to eat or get fresh bread for breakfast in the morning.

Der Aufenthalt war genial. Wir sind mit 5 Erwachsenen einen 9jährigen Kind sowie einem Hund über Pfingsten zu den Heringstagen angereist. Super Lage der Wohnung. Sehr zentral. Einchecken etc. hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Wir haben mit der Familie ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden allerdings davon abraten, mit mehr als 5 Personen anzureisen, obwohl 8 Betten zur Verfügung stehen. Es gibt wenig Platz um den Esstisch, wenn man gemeinsam essen möchte und es ist nur Platz für ein Auto auf dem engen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

Kurztrip nach Hooksiel

der Aufenthalt war schön. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten enthielten je ein 2 Personen Bett und ein Doppelstockbett in den 2 Schlafräumen. Eine Couch im Wohnzimmer wo auch 1 Person schlafen könnte. Für Erwachsene Personen keine Rückzugsmöglichkeit wenn man getrennte Zimmer benötigt.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es gab alles was man benötigte. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Habe noch nie in einem Wasserbett geschlafen, war eine Erfahrung wert.

Mittelprächtig, die Gäste in den Nachbarwohnungen waren recht laut, so dass die Gläser in den Schränken im Wohnzimmer klirrten und abends war es recht frisch in der Wohnung. Sonst war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt am alten Hafen gelegen

Fußläufig sind alle Restaurants und die kleine Geschäftsstraße mit Bäcker erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, das Wasserbett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten, die Kaffeemaschine war undicht und es lief Wasser heraus, der Wasserkocher leckt, war alles sehr schön. Der schlüssellose Zugang ist super. Man kann keinen Schlüssel vergessen und alle, die sollen , können mit dem Code herein. Insgesamt ein runder schöner Aufenthalt.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Der Garten ist sehr unaufgeräumt und nicht gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr klein und es ist nicht möglich mit allen zusammen zu frühstücken.

Alles in allem eine Empfehlung.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist reibungslos verlaufen und jede Frage wurde zügig beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern. Allerdings ist der Vorhang bzw. das Rollo in der Dusche sehr unansehnlich (eine Grundreinigung wäre super) und die Parkplätze bieten zum rangieren wenig Fläche.

Gemütlicher Nordsee-Urlaub

Wir haben uns in der "Groot" und im Ort rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, eine angenehme Mischung zwischen alt und neu mit Blick auf den alten Hafen und das Wikingerschiff. Für uns als fünfköpfige Familie mit kleinen Kindern absolut ausreichend, die räumliche Trennung von Schlaf- und Wohnbereich empfanden wir als sehr praktisch ebenso wie den Zugang über den Code. Die Kinder haben sich über die Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten gefreut. - Wir hatten einen gemütlichen Urlaub!
