Perfect Bungalow for Couple on a Budget

Clean and comfortable home close to Riverbend Hot Springs and historic downtown. Gas fireplace in LR starts easily from thermostat and bidet is a nice feature in bathroom.

I used to own a tour company (Covid'ed) so if you have any questions about New Mexico, I'm your gal! Also, thanks to Covid-19, we have delved in to home renovating and remodeling. Aside from dog walks and installing new faucets, I like baking bread, talking business, and designing room color schemes!

Why they chose this property

Casa de Colores is in a great location - a 5 min drive to Elephant Butte Lake, a short walk to the Rio Grande, and a few blocks to the downtown Hot Springs District. There is a convenience store at the end of the block that has all the basics, should you need anything. This casa is bright and fun. It's a perfect place for a TorC stay, whether a longer work-from-home vacay or a weekend getaway to have fun or relax in the water.
