The complex included all the houses on the two passages between rue Raspail and rue Chevreul, and was called “LE REFUGE”. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (including an attic bedroom on the 2nd floor with a single bed), a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optic) included.

First floor:
- 20 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, town gas...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 single bed (90x180)

Basement:
- You'll find a separate toilet, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, clothes line and drying rack, a barbecue, deckchairs and fans.

Exterior:
- A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden with an arbour for dining in fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Maisons-Alfort, in very pleasant surroundings and at the gateway to Paris (200 m from the metro), which means you can get to the Opéra district in around 30 minutes. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
