Beautiful Sag Harbor home with private bay access!

Located in the hamlet of Noyac in Sag Harbor, our house was completed in 2016 and has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. It's the perfect get-away for a large family or two families to share. This house is approximately 5,200 sq. ft and situated on 1.9 acres.

The house has two floors, plus a fully finished basement with very high ceilings, large windows, and a legal egress to the backyard. The second floor has 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. There are two master suites with king size beds, one bedroom with a twin bed and a full size crib, and one bedroom with full-over-full bunk beds and a twin bed w/ trundle. There is another full size crib in one of the basement bedrooms as well. The remaining two bedrooms are located in the basement, but since the ceilings are high and all of the rooms have windows, it doesn’t feel like you are sleeping in a dungeon. Both basement bedrooms have a queen size bed and they share a full bathroom. The basement also has a large family room with large sectional couch and 65" TV with Sonos Sound Bar. There is plenty of space to lounge, watch a movie, play Pop-a-Shot, and play indoors on a rainy day.

The first floor has a large double height entry foyer, a dining room that seats 8, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with 6-burner range and island with breakfast bar (seats 4). There is a mudroom off the kitchen with washer/dryer and additional dishwasher. The kitchen is attached to a small den with TV as well as to a lovely screened-in porch. Both the kitchen/den and dining room have large, south-facing sliding french doors that open to the back yard, affording you a beautiful view and plenty of natural light. There is also a larger formal living room, small office, a full bath on the first floor. There are gas fireplaces in both the den and the living room.

The house has central air and each floor has its own zone/independent controls. There is WiFi and cable TV. The first floor is also equipped with built in Sonos speakers which you can control through a free app on your phone.

The generous and beautiful backyard is fully fenced with a large heated gunite pool, lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, and plenty of space to relax and play. The pool has a child safety fence around it. There is a large propane grill and outdoor dining table that seats 10. In addition to the backyard, we have deeded water access to the bay across the street where you can launch a kayak or paddle board (we have a tandem kayak, a single kayak and a paddle board that we are happy to let you use). We are a short walk to the Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge which is awesome for short “hikes” to the beach with little ones. We are also a 5 minute drive to Foster Memorial Town Beach (Long Beach) which is truly wonderful with children because the water is calm, clear, and warm.

The house is about 4.5 miles from Sag Harbor town, 5.5 miles from downtown Bridgehampton (and the King Kullen grocery store). There are several shops nearby (liquor store, deli, small grocery and general store).

In addition to the two full size cribs, I have two high chairs and a pack and play, if needed. There are plenty of puzzles, blocks, books, and toys. There are baby gates available for the stairs.
