Relaxing weekend away

We had such a great weekend away at John's house. The property was beautiful! We spent the majority of our time outdoors in the pool and hottub, which were great. Highly recommend.

Impressive even for the Hamptons!!!

What an awesome place! As I was giving the welcome tour to our family, the same words kept being spoken. "Wow, there is still more?" The house is hugh and very well layed-out. Bedrooms are quite large and master suite is to die for!!! Bedding is first quality. Having 4 bathrooms and plenty of towels, etc. made it easy having 8 family members plus other guests in the house. Kitchen has everything that you need, all kinds of small appliances plus great wine and champagne glasses. The downstairs was a big hit with the guys. Pool, darts and of course the projector for TV and movies!!! The weather was not great for a few days and this was a wonderful pastime. Swimming pool is hugh as is the yard which is completely fenced-in. It had been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Hot tub on deck with outdoor shower and dressing area was very convenient. There is also a hugh washer and dryer. PLUS, there was John. A wonderful host who is so patient. He made sure we had enough propane for the Bar B Q, and was only a phone call away for any small question. We now consider him family!!! We all would highly recommend this property for a stay in the Hampton's. Check out and check in were a snap. Thanks again John for sharing your home with us!!!

Book NOW! Very inviting, comfortable and relaxing stay!

This past September, we stayed at John’s home for an extended weekend. My family and I had a wedding locally and needed a place to call home base as well as enjoy quality time together. Boy did John’s place do the trick! The house is very conveniently located in East Hampton, just a short drive from the downtown areas of both East Hampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor as well as a short drive out to Montauk. Georgica beach and East Hampton beach are also short drives or bike rides away. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, overflowing with greenery and trees! The home itself was inviting and great for our group. The kitchen looks out into a dining area and the living room, making it perfect for any social meal preparation. There are also multiple places in the home to put up your feet, whether that be on the deck outside overlooking the pool and hot tub, or downstairs on the sectional to enjoy a game or show on the projector screen! We didn’t use them, but there were also pool tables and poker tables downstairs that would have been fun! There were about 8 adults in our group and it always felt like there was space to mingle (if you’d like) but also space to retreat into your own area when you needed to regain your energy! We enjoyed many a show on the projector downstairs and also some time in the hot tub. John did a great job mapping out and decorating the bedrooms. There are several queen/king sized beds for couples/adults and also the most gorgeous twin bedroom for kids (or adults, frankly!). The downstairs master is a huge plus, as we were able to keep my parents away from any stairs. The entire house was spotless and freshly stocked with both beach and bath towels/garbage bags/ anything you could need! There were plenty of utensils, cooking tools, pots and pans, etc for preparing large meals! This was a huge plus because most rentals have the bare minimum or basics. John himself was so welcoming and communicative. We were in touch leading up to our stay and he was always attentive and responsive. He also met us upon arrival to give us the keys and a little tour of the place! I would highly recommend staying at John’s if you find yourself in East Hampton. It is the perfect spot for a family or group who’d like to enjoy the attractions nearby but also have some time to relax at home!

Wonderful weekend

I stayed at John’s house on labor day weekend. We had four adults, a baby, and a dog and John’s house was perfect. More than enough space for us all and everything that we needed. John was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and check in/out was seamless. I highly recommend John’s place.

It was a fabulous trip with the family building memories in the Hamptons. loved the house.

There was a collective sigh as we pulled up to the house. It was as pictured and more. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It had a beautiful view of a lush back yard and sparkling pool. The house was awesome. Each room was extremely clean and appealing and had everything you needed. We loved the classy soft linens and each bath had a hair dryer along with plenty of soap and fluffy towels. The kitchen was a dream to work in. Have never seen so many matching dishes in a rental . The drawers and cabinets were stocked with fabulius utensils and cooking supplies. We enjoyed many great group dinners around the bar area and kitchen table. The owner, JOHN, was the best. He greeted us and showed us how everything worked and was always just a phone call away. It was a wonderful 2 weeks in the Hamptons. I would totally recommend this beautiful home for any one planning a trip to this area.
