Absolutely the perfect place to stay in Greenville. Parking deck next door is 7 a day, one block from Main Street behind the Westin. We walked every where and were completely safe. If ever in Greenville again-I will stay here without a doubt. The hostess is helpful, responds quickly and kind. No problems at all.

Lovely Space-Great Location

The home was perfect! Quite neighborhood near all the great shops and restaurants that make downtown Greenville so wonderful! The entire process from booking, check-in, and departure was smooth. Also love that you don't have to take out garbage, strip beds, etc... Thank you!

Location was great! Was able to walk to breakfast, easy access to Swamp Rabbit Trail for biking and walk to dinner. The unit was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Greenville.

Attractive centrally located small condo

The condo is beautifully designed, public spaces are modern and well maintained. The condo has high ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors. The large bathroom contains a washer/dryer. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shopping and scenic parks.

Perfect location/ Great apartment for a couple.

For us, this was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. It was like a very large hotel room, complete with living room/bedroom combo, full kitchen, and washer-dryer. The access was easy (just keep the door codes handy), and the location was perfect, a half block to downtown, two blocks to the Peace Center, one block from the river walk, and one block from the bike rental and car garage. The apartment is on a busy road and on the second floor so bring ear plugs if this bothers you. Owner was very responsive, and everything worked great. No issues, fantastic VRBO experience, highly recommend.

Perfection!

This condo was beyond perfect for our first time visit to Greenville! The condo is located in the heart of the downtown area. We walked everywhere! To various dinners and places to grab cocktails, to the falls and hiking trails! The condo was super clean and had every amenity you could ask for AND MORE! Amy went over and beyond in assisting us with our stay. She was communicative, provided tons of suggestions of what to do and where to eat and she had a quick response time; I couldn’t have asked for her to be more helpful!! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you to Amy for an amazing trip and for allowing us the opportunity to fall in love with Greenville!

great location/property but ...

We were completely happy with the property, its location and the description. I am increasingly unhappy with the extra fees imposed by VRBO and/the owner. For a 3 night stay there were over $200 dollars in fees (VRBO fee, cleaning fee, taxes and insurance). In retrospect, that really make VRBO properties non-competitive with other options. The cleaning is a complete scam. I don't pay a cleaning fee for any other service I purchase. I think VRBO is pricing itself out of the market -- along with other similar options. It is now more cost effective and easier to book a hotel!!!!

A cute and comfortable studio in a secure building , within easy walking of our destination. And much thanks to our host for allowing us in a little earlier than the stated check-in (because our flight was so danged early in the morning) . And Greenville seems to be an awesome little town.
