100 W. Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

Close to everything

What a great condo to stay in. Super clean, quiet building and you're within waling distance to SO many trails, restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops. The bed was even super comfortable. The only thing to improve would be the wifi. WE struggled with that a bit, but nothing else. We'll go again! Thanks hostesses and host!

Best Location of EVER!!!

This condo was absolute top notch! Everything was clean and well thought out. Beautiful view of their beautiful downtown area. We didn’t cook, but they had everything you would need. The parking could not have been better. We literally walked every where except when we went to the mall and Paris Mountain Park. Every show/sporting event (we did several), every meal, every drink, we were able to walk and it was great! If you are considering Greenville, do it! If you are considering this condo, just click “Book Now” already.

Beautiful oasis in downtown Greenville!

Beautifully appointed condo right down the block from the Westin hotel in downtown Greenville incudes onsite parking-was a win/win. Nice outdoor space on sunny days for coffee outside. Quiet building - all the comforts of home! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Place to stay in Greenville

The condo was right off S Main St - close to the Peace Center, Bon Secours Arena, tons of restaurants and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We parked our car and walked everywhere for 5 days. Restaurant recommendations: Trio - A Brick Oven Cafe, The Lazy Goat, Pomegranate on Main, Jack Brown’s Beer and Burger Joint

Greenville Escape

Wonderful!

The owners have thought of everything! The location was perfect; I loved being able to walk everywhere. I appreciated the quick responses to questions, and the condo was the cleanest most well-maintained property I've ever stayed in. I'll definitely try to stay here again in 2025 when I attend events at the Peace Center.

Downtown Greenville

Great location, just park the car at the condo and walk (or bike with City rentals). If you’re in town to see Greenville, then this is a great central location. Beth was great and Kathryn was responsive.

Location location location!

We parked our car and didn’t move it for 4 days. We walked, talked, wined, and dined ourselves through downtown. The condo offered all the comforts of home, from kitchen gadgets to beautifully appointed furnishings to a peaceful and private patio. We will undoubtedly make this our “go-to” spot when we visit Greenville.

Greenville vacation

For my wife and I this property was perfect for our time in Greenville. We were less than a block from an entrance to the Rabbit Trail, a block from the Peace Center where we attended a concert, and close enough to restaurants and activities that we walked everywhere we didn't bike. The property was well-appointed, and a great place to relax between going out on the town. I definitely recommend this property!

Really nice!

The location was great! Walking distance to everything. The hosts had a really well stocked kitchen, and a snack tray was left for us. It was a really sweet touch after a long day of driving. The balcony was a nice place to relax. We’ll definitely rent the place again the next time we’re in Greenville.

Greenville getaway

The location of the property couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I wanted to see as much of Greenville as possible and we didn’t move our car until we left. We walked everywhere and saw the Riverwalk, went to a baseball game and ate at some great restaurants. The condo was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Stay Here!

Whether it’s your first time in Greenville or your hundredth time, this is the perfect place to stay. You can’t beat the location and free parking. We parked our car on arrival and didn’t drive it for three days. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable. We even sat out on the balcony by the fire table resting from the day’s activities. The kitchen provided all the items we needed. You can rent bicycles nearby and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail or simply walk to Falls Park. So many good places to eat and shop in walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Greenville.

Very nice condo right downtown within walking distance of the Peace Center, Reedy Falls Park and lots of restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Nice secluded outdoor patio as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Our daughter attended Furman University which introduced us the area. After graduating she took a job as a 3rd Grade teacher and has since married. After she and her husband married we were sure that Greenville would be their home for years to come. We love the area and especially the charming downtown area. We have been looking for a part time home in Greenville for a couple of years and were recently lucky enough to find our perfect spot. Court Street Condos have a lot of character and ambiance. We look forward to making many happy memories here.

What makes this property unique

One special feature about our condo is the large terrace for entertaining or just enjoying alone. We located on the top floor and the terrace is very private and quite rare for a downtown condo.
