This comfortable, brand-new, one-bedroom apartment (T1 bis) is ideally located a 5-minute drive from the thermal baths. It is attached to the owners' residence (the owners have farm animals and a dog). The apartment opens onto an entrance hall with storage. The bedroom has two single beds (80cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (160 x 200cm), with storage space. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and toilet. The living area features a fully equipped kitchenette (two-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.). The living room also includes a sofa bed (sleeps one), a table, and chairs. TV and internet access are provided. The living room opens onto a private garden area with garden furniture, a terrace, and private parking.

Parking is available to the side of the apartment, in the gated courtyard. Internet access is available. Pets are welcome.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The rental property must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). A check-out inspection is carried out upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed. If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary check-out inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. In this last case, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually left.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment: €44.

- Bed linen (single bed): €30.

- Towels: €8.
