On the 1st floor you have a panoramic view. The harbour, 800 m from the house, lets you experience a maritime atmosphere. It is a fishing harbour and marina. There is a small playground and boat hire. On South Langeland you can experience wild horses, the Langelandsfort a museum about the cold war, a viewing hill, many birds, wild nature, cliffs, good fishing spots and an 18-hole golf course.
