We’ve never stayed in a nicer gîte. The hosts were warm and friendly. They used to own a home decor shop, and it showed. The location was perfect for us, right in the middle of the Alsatian wine country. Early morning walks in the vineyards, followed by wine tastings in picturesque villages. What else can one ask for? I would rate this much higher than a 5 if I could.
View from the back deck. Very quiet and private.

Beautiful apartment fully equipped with every convenience. Large, spacious bedrooms with wonderful beds, a neat bathroom, a cozy living room, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. A great location for taking various trips in the region (Riquewirth, Colmar, Eguisheim, and of course the many local winemakers). The hosts are very friendly and come by daily to water the plants. The bakery is about 750 meters away (Alain Rebert) has delicious bread and pastries. For quick grocery shopping, there is a small Carrefour within walking distance. For larger shopping trips, the Carrefour in Houssen is highly recommended.

Sehr empfehlenswert
