Amazing Place

Great property, fully equipped, AC and WIFI worked great, pool area was great, steps from the patio area, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, across from the beach. Beach is a little rocky compared to Samara, for example, but all in all a great place for some serious R&R. Highly recommend.

Nice, Clean & Relaxing

Have stayed at this complex a couple of times in the past. It really is one of the nicest places on the beach in Jaco. A lot of great locations within walking, and driving distance. We will return. Special tanks to the security guards, they were extremely friendly and helpful.

Property was as advertised and easy communication with the owner

The condo was as advertised and in a great location. Great for families and or friends to visit. Very safe complex and out your door, you find the large pool and beach across a single lane road. Great access to whatever you are looking for. The owner Dennis was very prompt in any and all communications. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great vacation and living up to the standard as described in the description!

Great complex

Very nice complex and condo. Great breeze, friendly people and walk to the beach. You literally walk 10 steps out the back door to the pool. Only issue is there is a hostel behind it that can play loud music a couple of nights a week. They turned the music off by 11:30 pm though and you could not hear it in the Main Bedroom. Owners and people at the pool were very nice.

Great spot

Placec is really great and in a nice safe spot. Pool and location were excellent and is a great spot for couples. My only issue was being told we messed up a sink handle and a vertical piece of grout that we didn't even notice nor have any issue with. Sink was just tightening to fix anyway but either way had no issue so was surprised at that. The rest was really nice

Enjoyed our stay

Property is exactly as shown in pictures. Location is very close to the main strip for close shopping and restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. I am thankful for the thunderstorm that came through around 8pm for our last night (early flight). It ran the noisy party goers indoors :)
