Entrance, separate WC, 1 bedroom opening onto a balcony (1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), access to the lounge - living room - kitchen via 3 steps, 1 bedroom without window (2 single beds 90x190 cm). 1st floor: mezzanine bedroom open to the living room (1 single bed 90x190 cm). Parking space in front of the gîte for one car. Total floor area: 79m². Comfortable cottage in the heart of the village. Bright living room with character. Warm and mountain spirit with the exposed beams, slate wall and under-slopes. Quality immediate environment in a quiet residential area close to all amenities. Comfortable cottage in the center of the village of Termignon, 600 meters from the ski slopes. Village center with shops and services 200 meters away (open in season). Many stations nearby: Val Cenis at 6 km, Aussois at 10 km, La Norma at 17 km, Bonneval sur Arc at 26 km. Bessans Nordic cross-country ski area 17 km away. Entrance gate to the Vanoise National Park by Bellecombe 14km away. Wide choice of hiking and mountain biking trails from Termignon in summer. Major road passes in the surrounding area: Col du Mont Cenis at 16 km (Italian border), Col de l'Iseran at 39 km (link with Haute-Tarentaise - Val d'Isère).
