This exceptional villa accommodates up to 12 people thanks to its 350m² spread over two levels, 6 bedrooms and six shower and bathroom bathrooms combined (showers and baths).
The heated outdoor swimming pool accentuates the well-being of the house.
The view of the Cordouan Lighthouse (a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the last inhabited lighthouse in France) that can be contemplated from the rooftop ensures that you will serenity and perfect comfort.
The bowling alley will accompany your evenings.
The entrance to the house, very bright and decorated with top-of-the-range furniture, leads you into a large living room of 80m² which is composed as follows:
-The living room area with magnificent very comfortable sofas. The living room is equipped with a large screen as well as a space with a piano, a guitar and board games.
-The dining room furnished with a large rectangular table and its seats.
-The fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, hood...)
-The scullery has a washing machine and a dryer.
Always at the On the ground floor, you will have the first two bedrooms.
The first with a view of the garden: 180 cm bed, a desk, a bathroom (shower) with a single sink and separate toilet.
The second, a master suite with independent entrance, measures 60m². This room has a library area, a large dressing room with desk, a 180 cm bed and a view of the swimming pool and the bowling alley. Direct access to the garden is possible thanks to the large bay windows.

Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms:
-The 3rd bedroom is on the left and gives direct access to the rooftop equipped with garden furniture. The rooftop terrace runs along all the bedrooms upstairs.
This room has a 180 cm bed, a dressing room, a bathroom (shower and bath), double sink and separate toilet.
A lounge area connects all the bedrooms. This space is composed of a screen (not connected to TNT) but available to watch DVDs, sofas, a table football and a pinball machine.
-The 4th bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a single sink shower room, dressing room.
-The 5th bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a shower room, single sink, storage.
-Finally, the 6th bedroom (without storage) equipped with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom (shower), single sink.
The last toilet is on the landing (it is shared with the 4th, 5th and 6th bedroom).
The exterior comprises:
A bowling alley (8mX 3.6m), the heated swimming pool (12mX5m) (included in the price and open from June 1st to September 28th heated to 27°) with submerged cover for safety,
Depth: min 1.05 maximum 1.80 (sloping pool)
a pool house area with outdoor sofa, a plancha area and a space with a large table and chairs to eat.
You can store your bikes under the awning and bring in a vehicle (covered space, sloping descent). Two electrical sockets are available outside to charge your vehicles.
Many cycle paths run along the sea.
Finally, you can easily park on the street (free).
The city centre of Royan and its shops is a 10-minute walk away, the Port is a 5-minute walk away. Public transport is nearby.

Outside this period, linen will be included in the price of the night if the stay is for a minimum of five nights. Below five nights of rental, the rate (to be paid on site) to equip the house in its entirety will be two hundred euros (200€).

Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

From 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. any departure will be charged 30€ extra.
