Very near from the beach and city center (less than 100 m), Ideal for 2/3 families or a group of friends, this house was conceived to host 12 people (and up to 16). It has large living areas:
6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, TV room, large kitchen area, playroom, two vast terraces overlooking a large park planted with trees, outdoor barbecue. The family beach is 5 minutes away on foot, the shops are 10 minutes away and a market takes place every day during summer.
Nearby: beaches of the wild coast, La Palmyre Zoo, Royan Golf Club, la Palmyre, Saintes, Cognac.
One-day excursions: Cordouan lighthouse, Marennes Oleron Island, la Rochelle, Ile de Ré (island of Ré), wine routes and roman churches tour.

VACANCES à saint Georges de Didonne
Très belle propriété dans un vaste parc arboré tout près de la plage, juste un rond point à franchir.
La maison très vaste et bien équipée, est accueillante, il y règne une atmosphère chaleureuse, on à l'impression d'être les hôtes d'une maison de famille en l'absence de ses habitants habituels.
Tous les commerces sont à proximité.
Nous avons passé, petits et grands une semaine très agréable,

Three generations holiday happily together!
Agnes and Helene house was ideal for a family group of fifteen. There was so much room for the children to play together and for the adults to read & relax quietly when needed!
We all ate together round the large dining room table or outside. That meant meal times were very special. Being so near the beach yet so private was wonderful. The property was very clean , comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home for our holiday.

C'était parfait !
Notre séjour d'une semaine a été extrêmement agréable .
Cette maison s'est avérée parfaitement adaptée à une grande famille (nous étions 15 dont 6 enfants) , ou à plusieurs couples .
Sa localisation est idéale car tout près de la plage (150 m) et du centre du village (300m) où il y a un marché quotidien animé : on peut tout faire à pied .
L'aménagement intérieur et extérieur est très complet . (grande salle de jeux et machine Nespresso inclues !)
Un grand jardin contribue au calme et aux jeux des enfants .
Tout s'est avéré conforme au descriptif .
Le contact avec les propriétaires a été extrêmement agréable , et ils ont su être très réactifs lorsque nous avons rencontré un petit problème pratique .
Nous recommandons vivement cette maison .

Très belle maison et situation idéale
La maison dispose de belles chambres et de larges espaces de vie. Les enfants adorent se retrouver et jouer dans le parc.
Elle accueille facilement 3 familles avec des enfants.
La mer est à 2 pas et le centre ville à peine plus loin (marché, terrasses, boutiques)
La plage est très large et familiale.
Les sports nautiques sont accessibles à pieds.
La maison est pourtant bien séparée de la rue grâce au parc et l'environnement est très calme.

La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée pour une famille nombreuse. Idéalement située à 50 m de la plage, elle se situe dans un parc ombragé qui assure calme et tranquillité.
Commerces à proximité, voile, vélo, mini-golf, accrobranches....
Les enfants sont partants pour un 3ème séjour !
