THE HOUSE HAS A UNIQUE POSITION WITH THE CARIBBEAN SEA JUST IN FRONT OF IT (OPEN VIEW FROM BOTH BEDROOMSS) AND 12 ACRES' LAND OF RAINFOREST TREES WITH A LARGE VARIETY OF BIRDS AND MONKEYS. THE FOREST IS A PRIMARY ONE. THE SEA IS GENERALLY SAFE AS WE HAVE CORALS AND A SMALL ISLAND WITH A HUT PROTECTING THE SHORE AND A SMALL BEACH WE HAVE.
