Holiday house for 4-6 persons with private pool near the beach
This single storey villa is located in a very quiet residential area, about 2.5 km from the Levant-beach. The house is south facing and from the terrace you have a magnificent view of the Penon de Ifach. Shops, bars and restaurants are within 1 km away.
The main house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 shower room, a large living room, a kitchen and a conservatory / dining room.
Separately on the same level there is a studio with 1 bedroom, kitchenette and shower room.
Around the 8m x 4m pool with Roman steps is the open terrace. At the barbecue (wood and gas), there is a covered terrace and an outdoor shower.
Front of house, within the closed plot, there is a parking for 2 cars.
