Beautiful and bright apartment located on the mezzanine floor, approx. 50m². Separate bedroom with double bed, hallway, large living / dining room with dining area, cozy seating area (sofa bed), TV, radio / CD. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, bathroom with shower, tub and toilet. In summer you can enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony, directly accessible from the kitchen.

For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all bookings from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg.
