quiet, spacious 45 sqm Apartment in stylishly restored century villa next to a park in the heart of Warnemünde. From here you can easily reach everything on foot and forget your car confidently. Short walkways to the beach as well as to the pedestrian area with "the old stream" and its numerous restaurants and ships await you. The mill street with bakers, butchers and shops is 50 meters away, the church square about 150 meters.

Top Unterkunft, sehr modern und sauber. Top Lage, 5 min zum Strand und 5 min zur belebten Einkaufsmeile "Alter Strom", 10 min zum Leuchtturm und 10 min zum Passagierkai. Sehr nette Gastgeber und Anreise reibungslos. Parkplätze sehr schwierig zu finden, Vermieter bietet kostenpflichtige Garage (ca. 1,3 km entfernt) an. Unterkunft empfehle ich zu 100 Prozent weiter.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Liegt direkt am Park. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. 5min zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone. Auch gut der Parkplatz in der Garagenanlage, zwar ein Stück Fußweg, aber trocken und sicher.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt - mitten im Zentrum und dennoch etwas ruhiger. Das Haus ist gepflegt, es gibt einen Aufzug, sodass man nichts schleppen muss. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was benötigt wird, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

… ich war noch nie in Warnemünde, doch schon oft an der Ostsee ( Hiddensee, Usedom, Rügen, Stralsund etc). … spannendes kleines Städtchen mit unglaublich vielfältiger Architektur nebeneinander … mittelalterliche kleine Häuschen, das Kurhaus aus den20/30 er Jahren und das Hotel Neptunn aus der DDR - Ära … ein Spannungsfeld … großartig.

Wunderbar mittig gelegen

Die Fewo liegt wunderbar mittig, zwischen der Ostsee, den Geschäften, den Restaurants, nahe dem Alten Strom... Gut geeignet für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind. Mehr Aussicht aus den Fenstern (Blick auf eine Wand) wäre schön gewesen. Dass wir die Garage nutzen konnten, war sinnvoll.
