Rustikalna villa Gagliana smještena je na otoku Žižanj jugozapadno od otoka Pašmana. Nema direktnu povezanu vezu s kopnom ali domaćini su svakako na raspolaganju za prijevoz i dostavu namirnica. Villa nudi potpuni mir i opuštanje na osami uz samu morsku obalu te 40m2 bazena koji je punjen slatkom vodom. Unutrašnjost ville je klimatizirana i opremljena s dvije spavaće sobe od kojih je jedna bračna soba a druga dječja soba s dva kreveta na kat i jedan krevet za jednu osobu, potpuno opremljena kuhinja s dnevnim boravkom Tv satelit i neograničenim WiFi i jednom kupaonicom. U sklopu ville nalazi se još jedna gostinjska soba s ventilatorom i privatnim ulazom i terasom te dvostrukom kupaonicom. U potpuno ograđenom dvorištu na raspolaganju su vam natkriveni komin s roštiljem i prostorom za sjedenje. Oko ville nalazu se ležaljke i viseća ljuljačka u kojima možete uživati u popodnevnim satima. Od sportskog sadržaja villa raspolaže s kajakom i daskom za veslanje što gostima pruža uživanje i obilazak otoka i obale. Svi gosti koji dolaze privatnim automobilom osiguran im je besplatan natkriven parking u Biogradu na Moru u vlasništvu domaćina. Iz Biograda im je osiguran prijevoz do otoka Žižanj

U čast potopljenog broda Gagliana Grossa kod otočića Gnalića u blizini otoka Žižanj villa Gagliana je dobila ime. I danas je velika atrakcija za brojne turiste a više o samom događaju možete vidjeti i saznati u Zavičajnom muzeju u Biogradu na Moru gdje se čuva više od 20.000 predmeta s potonulog broda. Jadranska obala obiluje prirodnim ljepotama i nacionalnim parkovima stoga smo tu da svojim gostima organiziramo izlet u posjet nacionalnom parku Kornati i parku prirode Vransko jezero nedaleko od Pakoštana.
