This property is always our first choice when visiting Roswell (~ 3 times/year). Comfortably sleeps 4, wonderful common areas/kitchen, excellant neighborhood, and located near many restaurants/shopping.

Overall, was a clean place and great stay. There was a blackout during the last day of stay, not owner fault. Was able to communicate with owner and he responded in a timely fashion.

Wonderful!

I grew up in Roswell, right down the street from this house, so I know the neighborhood well. It is a great location! Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was awesome. Very well maintained, very clean, and very comfortable. We had such a lovely stay. We were actually sad to leave and will definitely stay here again when we come back to town to visit my in laws. Highly recommend this one!

Great location

Loved the location and having a nice patio/ backyard. Lots of room, had family over for dinner and games and everyone was very comfortable. AC worked awesome! Enjoyed our stay here very much. The only two negatives were: a deep cleaning (cobwebs) needs done also the carpet throughout is probably 30yrs old which I am sure has been cleaned but it’s old/stained. I would also say be careful in master shower the tile floor is very slippery, I fell first day and then only used hall tub/shower combo.

Great experience,

Encanto House was my family’s oasis while we were in Roswell. Ryan is wonderful, the house is clean & spacious, the trees are magical 😁. It felt like home. The house is close to anything you might want to see or do in Roswell or a good jumping off point to visit other places in New Mexico. Highly recommend.
