This a great house. Convenient location, clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Looks exactly as shown. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend a fan for the porch as it is very hot in the summer in New Mexico. The only thing that could have made the stay better would have been a pool:) Loved the house!

The home was as described, very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was centrally located and close to restaurants and shops. Backyard is beautiful! The host was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. We had to cut our trip a day short due to the tornados in our home town however this was a nice stay!

Property was very nice and clean. Great communication. Backyard was super nice. Next door neighbor had a party and the music in their backyard went until 2:00 AM. Needless to say not much sleep. I would stay here again and hope the party didn’t happen again.

As soon as we walked in, we felt at home! Nice layout, and plenty of room for extra people. The backyard was amazing although we weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit due to weather conditions, it was still enjoyable to sit outside on the patio. It seems like the host pays attention to the little things that are needed by the guest. Very easy communication with the host. We definitely would recommend the stay here for families and pets. Thank you!

Very attractive, well-appointed home in quiet neighborhood, with private, large back yard that was perfect for our dog, and with a garage that accommodated our large SUV. Everything was in excellent condition and working order, and very comfortable. The hosts had obviously given a lot of thought to providing everything that might be needed. Highly recommend. My brother and I have visited to Roswell a few times in recent years and stayed in other places, but this has been the best. The space is beautifully put together, very comfortable, and thoughtfully organized, with helpful placards everywhere so you always know how things work without having to ask. The location is very convenient to the main road while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The backyard is a huge highlight and absolutely incredible – my brother and I spent a lot of time out there just unwinding and enjoying time together. The attention to detail throughout the home really shows, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised. We “moved” in one evening and spent the next few days seeing Roswell and visiting Lincoln and Capitan. The evenings we spent enjoying movies and games at “home” and meals in Roswell. Very enjoyable for us all!

The house decor and layout is great. Beds are very comfortable and good sheets. Coffee, tea provided and use of garage. The house is located right off the main strip so you have restaurants within half a mile and the downturn 5 minutes away. You can tell a difference from a personal host verse a management company caring for a home. Excellent host
