As a family in our apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom renovated in December 2016 and a new guest toilet, comfortable kitchen with a small dining area, large living / dining room, a large garden and the forest directly in front of the door, parents and children can relax really let off steam. The location right on the forest offers peace and invites you to quickly reach and explore the town with numerous restaurants, shops and boutiques via the adjacent walking paths, as well as the large playground, the "Lion's Den", which makes all children's hearts beat faster ...
Are you planning a stress-free vacation with friends or do you need a lot of space for two? Then our in I. Upper floor, 80 m² apartment with 2 well-equipped bedrooms, comfortable kitchen with a small, charming dining area, a large living / dining area and a loggia to linger, the right ambience. Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Großzügig, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Unsere zwei Kinder und wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Die Anreise war unproblematisch und der Austausch/ die Informationen mit/ von den Vermietern war sehr schnell, präzise und sehr angenehm. Die hochwertige Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Spaziergänge und Radtouren. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal in der friesischen Karibik in dieser Wohnung.

Tolles Refugium in der friesischen Karibik

Gerne waren wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und unserer kleinen Enkelin Gast in dieser tollen Wohnung. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Lage ist gut zum Erreichen der Innenstadt und der Strände. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt vor, während und nach der Reise mit der Familie Ronnenberg unkompliziert und engagiert. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser toll ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche bietet alles, was man brauchen könnte. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr schön mit der großen Dusche und dem kleinen Regal für Ablagemöglichkeiten. Im kleinen Gäste-WC hat uns das Vogelgezwitscher gut gefallen 😊. Durch die ruhige Lage und die Verdunkelungsvorhänge haben wir ausgezeichnet in den bequemen Betten geschlafen. Die Lage ist zwar ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum, an der Promenade oder auch im eigenen Strandkorb. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir von der Straße fast nicht sichtbar hinter dem Haus sicher abstellen. Es steht auch ein extra Fahrradraum im Keller des Nachbarhauses zur Verfügung, aber wie gesagt, unsere Räder standen sicher hinter dem Haus. In dieser Wohnung hätten wir es auch bei längerem schlechten Wetter gut ausgehalten. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

TOP Fewo in Wyk

Selten waren wir von einer Fewo so angetan wie von dieser. Extrem geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, alleine das Beleuchtungskonzept und die Lampen/Leuchten (innen wie außen) sind ein Highlight. Herausragend ist auch die Audio-Ausstattung mit DAB+/BT-Radios in jedem(!) Raum und der Yamaha-Anlage mit Buetooth im WZ. Ausserdem ist die Küche sehr umfangreich ausgestattet - wo man sonst nur Minimalausstattung findet, ist hier von ausreichend Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck bis zu Küchenutensilien alles vorhanden (sogar ein Fleischthermometer ;-)). Absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung

Wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt, FeWo liegt in ruhiger Lage, man kann alles gut zu Fuß erledigen, in 10min am Strand oder in der Fußgängerzone. Der Strandkorb ist ebenfalls leicht zugänglich. Haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder🤗

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Liebe um Detail - sehr netter Kontakt!

Perfekter Ort, um in der "Friesischen Karibik" Urlaub zu machen und den Alltag ruhen zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Lage perfekt, man ist schnell am Strand - toll, dass man gleich seine "eigenen" Strandkorb hat - aber auch für Ausflüge liegt die Wohnung günstig! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr sehr nett und unkompliziert - vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Tolle, sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Eine tolle Lage - insbesondere mit Kindern, da man direkt am Grünstreifen zur Löwenhöhle wohnt. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch den Strandkorb in perfekter Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toll ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Die zentral gelegene, gut geschnittene Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und unter allen Gesichtspunkten (insbesondere auch mit Blick auf die Küche) sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Die exklusive Lichtgestaltung und die hochwertige Einrichtung sind elegant und gemütlich; auch einer Schlechtwetterfront begegnet man in dieser Wohnung entspannt! So haben wir etwa neben der vielseitigen Unterhaltungselektronik auch eine umfangreiche DVD-, Bücher- und Spielesammlung (einschließlichWii-Konsole) vorgefunden. Und als Sahnehäubchen konnten wir am fußläufig in einer knappen Viertelstunde erreichbaren Südstrand einen zur Wohnung gehörenden Strandkorb nutzen. Wir (Eltern mit zwei Kindern, 6 und 11) haben die Zeit auf Föhr in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
