Newly remodeled and spacious home that has all the amenities for you to work and play comfortably. Bright and spacious great room that flows into a modern kitchen. Kitchen island and breakfast nook to enjoy morning coffee (Nespresso included!) Inviting family room that overlooks the lush backyard. Swimming pool (toys/floaties included!), BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture to unwind or entertain. House remodeled in 2020 and couches, beds, rugs only about one year old. Conveniently located by Almaden shopping plaza (Costco, Wholefoods, TJ’s), mall, and hiking trails.

Please no parties and no unannounced visitors. Please communicate with host if inviting any outside guests to visit. Thank you in advance for being respectful.

A Perfect Location & Comfortable Home

We had traveled to San Jose for the passing of a family member. This house was very comfortable for our immediate family who had traveled in as well as for a small gathering after the services. This home does have many stairs and steps throughout the house and yard. We were able to make it work but was a little difficult for my 81 year old mother. We were looking forward to a day of rest poolside on Sunday, however the pool needed cleaning and had a lot of algae. My husband who is very good with our pool tried to sweep it but that just created a deep end swamp! We didn’t let this bother us and we enjoyed sitting poolside with our legs dangling in at the shallow end that was clear. I would rent this home again in the future for family events in San Jose. Thank you for letting us stay.

It was a pleasure having you and family and we are happy to know you were able to have a comfortable stay. We are sorry the pool developed algae in it on your last day- this sometimes happens in the summer even though the pool is professionally cleaned weekly. Please let us know if that happens next time during your visit so we can remedy for you as we have an on-call pool service and plenty of shock/liquid chlorine inside the house which would have gotten rid of any algae very quickly!
