Standard Ferienwohnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnanlage ist in einem "älteren" Zustand. Das betrifft den ständig verdreckten Eingangsbereich sowie die dunklen Flure, die mit einem dunkelroten unansehnlichen 70er/80er Teppichboden bedeckt sind, der auch immer völlig verdreckt und versandet war. Der Fahrradkeller war so voll, dass man sein Fahrrad draußen abstellen musste. Das Schwimmbad war "wegen Corona" geschlossen. Die Parkplätze sind nicht reserviert und sehr eng. Außerdem wird nicht kontrolliert, ob dort Strandparker stehen, besonders am Wochenende. Die Wohnung selbst ist okay, sie war etwas verdreckt (unter den Teppichen, in der Küche Dreck, Spinnweben an der Wand), müsste wirklich mal renoviert werden. Das Bad war moderner als der Rest, einen Esstisch gibt es nicht, nur eine Theke. Auch das Licht sollte mal erneuert werden, es ist nicht auf den Punkt und insgesamt ziemlich dunkel. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil und mit so einem unidentifizierbaren Nadelfilz bedeckt. Die Schlafzimmer waren okay, die Kissen nicht. Es gibt keine Mückenrollos o.ä. Das Kinderzimmer ist so winzig, kann man eigentlich nicht ernst meinen. Meine kids sind GSD erwachsen. Zum Balkon: Der ist mit einem Kunstrasen bedeckt und hat einen Tisch und vier Stühle sowie Sitzkissen, die aber immer feucht waren in dem Kunststoffschrank. Die muss man reinholen. Das Oberlicht in der Tür war vernagelt. Die Markise ist auch der Regenschutz, ist aber alt und undicht. Außerdem steht die Sonne direkt vorne, also nutzt die Markise gar nix. Nun auch was Positives: Wenn man nicht verwöhnt ist, ist die Wohnung okay, man ist schnell am Strand - meiner Meinung nach aber ist sie zu teuer. Nur weil Scharbeutz einfach total überfüllt ist, würde ich nicht an der Preisschraube drehen. Am Wochenende treten sich alle auf die Füße, alles wird zugeparkt, nicht schön.

Leider nicht wie beschrieben

Das Schwimmbad im Haus ist seit zwei Jahren geschlossen. Beim ein- und ausladen wird immer wieder die Haustür verschlossen. Kindern gegenüber sind einige Eigentümer sehr unfreundlich. Der Fahrradkeller steht nur den Eigentümern zur Verfügung, ebenso die Waschmaschine.

Kurzurlaub zwischen Scharbeutz und Timmendorf

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Kurzer Weg zum Strand welcher auf dieser Höhe auch nicht so überfüllt ist, keine Platzprobleme. Kurzer Fußmarsch nach Scharbeutz, Ostsee Therme und Timmendorf. In allen hatten wir die Zeit sehr genossen.
