This bright and inviting 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the top floor and features a loggia (with a side view of the lake) and a sunny southwest-facing balcony. The living room is equipped with cable TV, a VCR, and a hi-fi system; Wi-Fi is included. The built-in kitchenette features a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and dining area for 4 people. The two separate bedrooms are furnished with one double bed and two single beds, respectively. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment. A bicycle storage room is located in the building and is accessible only via a steep staircase.<br>A shared coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement. (Coins are available at your rental office, €0.50 per coin for 10 minutes of wash or dry time)<br>A garage (dimensions: width 2.30 m, height 1.90 m, depth 5.20 m) is included with the apartment. Please note that the garages in this building are accessible only via a narrow and steep driveway and are therefore not suitable for larger or low-slung vehicles, such as vans or similar. No pets! Non-smoking apartment.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The family-friendly “Ostseeblick” holiday apartment complex is located directly across from the fine sandy beach at the entrance to Haffkrug. Only the Strandallee, with its newly created promenade, separates this beautiful holiday home from the Baltic Sea coast. The apartments are all very comfortable and tastefully and modernly furnished.<br><br> In these two buildings, you’ll find:<br><br> a) 2 rooms, balcony/terrace, some with ocean views<br><br> b) 3 rooms, 2 balconies, some with ocean views<br><br> Building 92b has a bicycle storage room (accessible only via a steep staircase). All apartments have a parking space or a garage from the 1990s, which is suitable only for small cars (Golf-sized) that are not lowered.
