Sehr gute Ferienwohnung! Soweit alles drin was man braucht. Top Lage! Die Betten könnten aber sauberer sein. Hier waren noch Haare und Schmutz vom Vormieter zu sehen.

Schöne Wohnung in prima Lage, Ausstattung nicht optimal

Schöne kleine und moderne Wohnung in ruhiger, strandnaher Lage: Sie besteht im EG aus einer Wohnküche mit Fernseher und Sitzecke, einem beengten (aber ausreichenden) Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Gäste-WC mit Dusche und ein Flur mit enger, recht steiler Treppe ins OG. Dort ein schönes Zimmer mit großzügigem Bad und eine spektakuläre Terrasse. Leider ist die Matratze im Bett im EG sehr, sehr weich (ich konnte darauf nicht schlafen) - sehr ungewöhnlich. Die fest eingebauten Küchenmöbel bieten alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht (4-Platten-Herd, Spülmaschine ...), bei kleineren Geräten usw. wurde zu sehr gespart. Wir haben z. B. Mikrowelle, Schneebesen, eine mittelgroße Pfanne, Backpapier, Auflaufform und einen Pfannenreinigerschwamm vermisst. Mit wenig Aufwand ließe sich also viel erreichen. - Online sollten ein Wohnungsgrundriss und ein Foto der Treppe gezeigt werden, weil sie schon für leicht mobilitätseingeschränkte Leute zur Hürde werden könnte.

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig in dieser Wohnung.

Man hat von den anderen Patein im Wohnobjekt nichts gehört, das war sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Objekt sehr genossen.

kurzweiliger Ostseeurlaub

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft, optimale Lage zum Meer und Zentrum. Ausstattung der Wohnung an Küchengeräten, Gläsern und Beleuchtungsmitteln ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Größe des Bades im EG für große Menschen zu klein (Bewegungsfreiheit). Schlafkomfort sehr gut. Ein erholsamer Kurzurlaub!

Alles prima, es fehlte nur der zweite Kleiderschrank oben, haben aus dem Koffer gelebt. Super Sauber, alles vorhanden was man so brauch. Gerne wieder.

Lostenwache Scharbeutz

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie bestand aus zwei Etagen mit einer schmalen Treppe. Wir hatten mit 4 Personen genügend Platz, hätten uns aber im Obergeschoss aus Bequemlichkeitsgründen noch einen zusätzlichen Schrank gewünscht, was aber aus Platzgründen nicht möglich wäre. Der Schrank im unteren Schlafbereich war für 4 Personen ausreichend. Bei der Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und man hatte auch an Kleinigkeiten wie zum Beispiel Spülmaschinentaps, Geschirrtücher und Aufwaschtuch gedacht. Eine Wachsmaschine/oder Benutzung wäre für einen längeren Aufenthalt wünschenswert. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. mfg
