Maison Ancienne Avec Jardin, un Havre de Paix

Recently renovated house with shaded garden and sunny terrace, you will enjoy relaxing in a relaxing environment with the singing of birds. The area is very quiet and full of charm.
It is located in the old centre of La Montagne, a southern Loire commune, located on a hillside on the banks of the Loire, 13 kms from Nantes, on the Loire à vélo circuit and 500m walk from the Loire ferry.
Many hiking trails from the house, on both sides of the Loire.
The accommodation
the bedroom is in the attic but the insulation is recent and very efficient, it is very well heated in winter and no problem of overheating in summer.
I offer a baby cot in the ad with the bedding that suits.

I may ask you to water some plants during your stay depending on the duration and period.
